09/06/2026: We chose to eat inside, but there is a large outside area. Small, friendly atmosphere. Staff / owner smiling and efficient. Limited menu, a big plus for us! We both chose the vol au vent, which were delicious and filling. So we shared a dessert, that was enough for lunch. Well worth a visit!

19/08/2026: So, a few things: First, the dish was incredible, perfect. The daring combinations were perfect. Thank you for these different discoveries. Second, the service: - After choosing the set menu, we suggested adding lobster or caviar (great ideas). When the waiter came back to us and we had chosen the lobster, he explained that he had sold his last plate… A huge disappointment, especially in this type of restaurant where mistakes shouldn't happen. - Then, after asking for the wine list, I chose a 2011 Bordeaux red wine. No problem when I ordered it, but then the sommelier came to me with the same bottle from 2015 and apologized because they no longer had the 2011 vintage in the cellar. A small oversight: the bottle cost €300 more (I only discovered the price when the bill arrived). - During the tasting sequence, we were served several courses to enjoy at the same time as our neighbors who had ordered the same menu. We were told in what order to eat them. The problem was, the small brioche we were supposed to start with was missing and was instead placed on our neighbors' table… The brioche finally arrived at the end of the tasting sequence… - Finally, when making the reservation and upon arrival at the restaurant, I specified that I don't eat bananas (it's impossible for me), yet the dessert still came with banana. (The dessert was changed quite quickly.) So, I want to be as fair as possible in my review. I'll reiterate that the flavors were incredible, but 3 stars requires perfection in every aspect.

27/08/2026: A warm atmosphere with cozy corners for couples, a wonderful setting, and excellent service. I had a delicious figatellu pizza and brouse – go for it!

25/08/2026: I've been going there for 17 years, one to three times a year. I went to try the octopus pizza. Well, it was more of an olive pizza. More olives than octopus. And then came the big disappointment: the cave's signature dessert, the profiteroles. I remember them being so delicious that you couldn't finish three profiteroles, and this one was clearly frozen solid. You had to wait 15 minutes after it was served to soften it.

23/08/2026: We reserved a table and were told the kitchen closed at 9:30 PM, even though they had customers arriving at 10 PM. We noted that the peppers had already been sitting around for half an hour before we took our order. We waited another half hour for the rest of our order. The waiter said, "Sorry, fish, no way, I was sick all night, my husband and I." It was shameful to serve like that, especially since the chef admitted the peppers weren't good. Not even a gesture of goodwill. We had to call them every time, even though they were very attentive to the other tables. This isn't the Aldo we knew. It's a real shame; I won't be setting foot in that place again.

31/07/2026: On July 23rd, a burnt and greasy burger, fries that tasted of rancid oil, and a blackened salad. Having suffered from indigestion after their food for a long time, I've now crossed the line into outright food poisoning. Avoid at all costs!

23/08/2026: We dine at this restaurant regularly. The service is very pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. The dishes are truly delicious; we chose grilled octopus with chimichurri sauce, which was cooked to perfection. We highly recommend this place, which seems to exist outside of time and whose renovated decor is very elegant.

23/08/2026: This isn't our first time at this restaurant. We had another great meal. Half-and-half pizza, parsley mussels, scallops, and homemade fries. A small mistake with the pizza was compensated with a free draft beer. We appreciated that. However, unless I'm mistaken, the drinks were a bit pricey (2 draft beers and a shot of limoncello for €21). Fabulous setting. The dining room is very noisy when it's full. That's to be expected, you just have to be aware of it 😉

02/09/2026: Conveniently located next to the Olympic Stadium. Warm atmosphere. Top-notch staff, including the friendly waitresses, not forgetting Pablo and Jeremie for their warm welcome and attentive service. A good selection of delicious dishes and a reasonable set menu. For dessert, I had the Paris-Brest. Absolutely divine. We enjoyed an aperitif in the late afternoon.

01/08/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Le Drips in Marseille. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are top-notch. A huge thank you to all the staff, who were remarkably kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly welcome and pampered. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will gladly return on my next trip to Marseille. Thank you again to the entire team for this wonderful stay!

16/06/2026: A really lovely little restaurant. The food is varied, well-balanced, and affordable, served quickly. The service is top-notch: the two ladies I saw in the dining room throughout my stay were simply delightful, always smiling and friendly. What a treat! I don't come to Marseille regularly, but if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back to eat here. Fresh, delicious, and well-balanced: everything we love.
