18/05/2024: Excellent food, starters, main and dessert. Generous and very kind staff. Warm atmosphere of a small restaurant. Don't be biased that due to its central location, it is touristic - we were the only non french when visited there.

17/05/2024: There wasn’t anything wrong with the dishes as such, they just didn’t quite hit the mark. Tomato tarte tatin didn’t have the full powered tomato flavour you’d expect from Provençal produce, the pastry was soggy and not crisp, Asparagus with a sea bream fillet was pleasant, the sort of thing I’d cook at home. Dessert of pavlova was lovely, local strawberries in season delicious. But it wasn’t exactly pushing the boundaries. Wine was pretty good & the service very attentive & efficient. It was the most expensive meal we had and a bit disappointing.

21/09/2024: Superb menu and service and ambience. This is a wonderful hotel in the centre of St Rémy en Provence where we stayed for almost a week. The hotel is incomparable - beautifully appointed and with staff who cannot do more to help. The dining room served breakfast as a buffet as well as cooked plates and it was an excellent experience - the menu for dinner was imaginative and of the highest quality as was the service. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel as a hotel and as a restaurant and urge everyone in Provence to go there at least once on each holiday to that delightful region.

06/09/2024: Une belle découverte … arrivés un peu par hasard nous avons eu la dernière table de libre. L’aïoli et le thon au menu du jour nous ont enchantés ainsi que le clafoutis maison !

09/09/2024: Bien cuisiner le bœuf est un mélange de science et d'art. Une adresse à découvrir et redécouvrir. Pour moi ce sont des artistes en cuisine qui vous font connaître le vrai goût du bœuf et vous transformer une pièce de viande en un plat délicieux et mémorable!!!

02/09/2024: Reservatie gedaan 3 weken geleden, vonden ze niet terug, maar toch nog plaats Eten was er op 15 min Lekkere steak, friet en salade Was ok maar niet meer dan dat, wel vriendelijke bediening, lekkere wijn

04/07/2024: A la recherche d'un lieu "intimiste" en déambulant dans les ruelles de Saint-Rémy, nous sommes tombés par hasard sur cet établissement qui nous a séduit par sa façade alliant l'ancien et le moderne. Asseyons-nous ! La deuxième surprise est au moment de lire la carte. Dans un premier temps perplexes par le peu de propositions, nous avons ensuite compris que cela augurait produits frais et plats élaborés... Commandons ! Le soir étant propice au léger, nous partageons une entrée et continuons sur nos plats. Ce fut un éclat de saveurs riches et variées. Nous avons accompagné ça avec un vin blanc de la région, très bien sélectionné également. En conclusion, ça a été de bonne surprise en bonne surprise. Nous y retournerons surement !

25/07/2024: Tres joliment situé sur l'une des petites place centrale du magnifique village de Saint-Remy. On s'est fait avoir comme beaucoup d'autres. Accueil super sympathique mais la nourriture est vraiment en dessous de tout. C'est vraiment très mauvais. A fuir... dommage tout est la pour que ce soit bien. Emplacement parfait et personnel sympa... un vrai piège a tourriste.

17/09/2024: Très bon restaurant ! Les plats étaient délicieux, plein de saveurs. Le service était au top du top, plein de conseils avisés (très bonne surprise), bonne ambiance. N'hésitez pas !

28/08/2024: A very informal restaurant. You have to make a reservation here, because this is a very popular place. The menu is not what you usually expect. The food is healthy with lots of vegetables and very tasty prepared. So the best of both worlds. For dessert choose the mousse au chocolat.

13/08/2024: Ce restaurant est excellent la décoration est magnifique les serveurs sont souriants et extrêmement gentils les plats sont arrivés en moins de 5min ! Et en plus les plats étaient excellents et ça ne coûtait pas si chère que ça pour 4 vraiment allers y vous passerai un bon moment
