01/09/2024: Très bon restaurant avec une magnifique terrasse sur une très belle place au milieu de Saint Rémy. À chacune de nos venues nous avons été ravis de notre repas et du service. De plus les prix sont très doux pour St Rémy. Allez-y sans hésiter sachant qu'il est préférable de réserver. Encore bravo à toute l'équipe !

21/09/2024: Superb menu and service and ambience. This is a wonderful hotel in the centre of St Rémy en Provence where we stayed for almost a week. The hotel is incomparable - beautifully appointed and with staff who cannot do more to help. The dining room served breakfast as a buffet as well as cooked plates and it was an excellent experience - the menu for dinner was imaginative and of the highest quality as was the service. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel as a hotel and as a restaurant and urge everyone in Provence to go there at least once on each holiday to that delightful region.

06/09/2024: Une belle découverte … arrivés un peu par hasard nous avons eu la dernière table de libre. L’aïoli et le thon au menu du jour nous ont enchantés ainsi que le clafoutis maison !

This beautiful chateau, the only one in Provence still owned by the same family, radiates warmth and charm in every corner. The family and staff welcomed us with such genuine hospitality, making us feel as if we were guests in their own home. The atmosphere is both elegant and cozy, blending the grandeur of a historic chateau with the comfort of a peaceful retreat. Every detail, from the well-preserved architecture to the thoughtfully appointed rooms, made our stay a perfect balance of luxury and homey charm. The grounds are equally enchanting, with picturesque views that highlight the beauty of Provence. Whether relaxing in the gardens or enjoying time by the pool, we felt completely immersed in the tranquility of this special place. 19/09/2024: We stayed in this small hotel with a charming setting, located in a very beautiful building. The spa is particularly pleasant and the swimming pool, magnificent, invites you to relax. However, we are disappointed in some aspects, especially considering the price we paid. The cleaning left something to be desired: we found a toothbrush case on the sink, dust on the towel dryer, and the maintenance of the rooms deserved more attention. There were notably large traces of limescale on the shower column and in the toilets, which is regrettable for an establishment of this category.

17/09/2024: We enjoyed our stay here and they kindly upgraded us .It’s a lovely old Bastide type house with lots of space inside and out and a nice pool area .Breakfast was good but no bar or restaurant but that was not a problem for us

20/09/2024: A very pleasant and quiet hotel with lovely gardens in St Remy, with extremely comfortable bed, and a spacious room.

18/05/2024: Excellent food, starters, main and dessert. Generous and very kind staff. Warm atmosphere of a small restaurant. Don't be biased that due to its central location, it is touristic - we were the only non french when visited there.

17/05/2024: There wasn’t anything wrong with the dishes as such, they just didn’t quite hit the mark. Tomato tarte tatin didn’t have the full powered tomato flavour you’d expect from Provençal produce, the pastry was soggy and not crisp, Asparagus with a sea bream fillet was pleasant, the sort of thing I’d cook at home. Dessert of pavlova was lovely, local strawberries in season delicious. But it wasn’t exactly pushing the boundaries. Wine was pretty good & the service very attentive & efficient. It was the most expensive meal we had and a bit disappointing.

30/10/2024: What happened? We went from a gourmet restaurant where you had to make a reservation. Today it was deserted with a heavy atmosphere and the food was ok... Too bad it's sad

27/10/2024: I had the opportunity to have lunch at La Table de Nicolas yesterday by chance. A very pretty and pleasant place, tastefully decorated. Warm service, very friendly staff. The products were of good quality, excellent presentation of the dishes and good control of flavors. Reasonable prices and fast service. I highly recommend this restaurant!
