Thank you to Olivier for his warm welcome and discreet yet attentive service, and to Mickaël for the delicious meal: snails, sweetbreads with morels, sesame Salers tataki, a cheese platter, and homemade ice cream with a hint of blueberry and chestnut. 16/06/2026: The meat was exceptional and expertly prepared! The stuffed cabbage was delicate and flavorful, a far cry from the sausage-meat balls you find everywhere. And what can I say about the truffled cabbage... mmm! The service was very welcoming. In short, thank you.

13/08/2026: I stopped by for lunch last Tuesday. A cocktail, Cantal cheese tart, truffade (a potato and cheese dish) with Salers beef, coffee, and Murat pastries for 30 euros. Very reasonable prices and entirely local cuisine! The owner is passionate about his region, and I think his son, who's also a pro, helps him out. I highly recommend it because I really loved the local produce! 😃😃

17/07/2026: If you love crepes, this restaurant is a must. The crepe was excellent, especially the one with blue cheese sauce. And the dessert crepe was chocolate. You can taste the quality of the batter. I'll definitely be back.
