17/04/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! From the main course to dessert, everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly executed. Special mention goes to the roasted chicken leg, incredibly tender and a real treat 😍. I also absolutely loved the citrus and spice cake, subtly flavored and exquisitely delicate. And to finish, the chocolate caramel peanut tart… simply incredible! I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, both for the quality of the food and for the sheer pleasure it offers from start to finish.

03/05/2026: Unfortunately, we had a problem with the cooking of both dishes. The sausage wasn't cooked and was served again 20 minutes later. The stuffed cabbage, on the other hand, was burnt. These things happen, the staff apologized, and we received a discount on the bill. The dining room is very beautiful, and the view is magnificent. We didn't feel like trying the desserts. Considering the other very positive reviews, I think we were just unlucky.

Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome upon arrival by the efficient and discreet staff to the chef's delectable desserts at the very end of the meal, not forgetting the homemade breads that accompanied each course (a different bread for each course – the chef truly pays attention to detail!). The sommelier's recommendations enhanced the entire experience. Special mention goes to the maître d'hôtel who adapted the menu to accommodate my food allergies, allowing me to dine with complete peace of mind.

13/04/2026: A reliable choice in Aurillac: the setting lacks a bit of warmth and the portions tend to be smaller than they used to be, but it's still well-prepared and very tasty. Unusually for Aurillac, there's a chef in the kitchen.
