27/03/2024: I walked past this restaurant, the lights were on, I came in, no one inside, just the owner on the phone. It was just noon. I thought it had just opened. In fact, no, it was not open that day. I was about to leave and he offered to make me something, I politely declined, telling him that if it wasn't open he wouldn't make me food. He insists, telling me that he is filling the fridges and that he has plenty! I accept. And frankly it was a great time. Very good dish, dessert also. There are still people with a sense of business and above all a beautiful humanity. Thank you sir. I will happily come back when you are open for real ;-)

The welcome and contact with Florence and Laurent are exceptional.
The chef's cuisine is modern, tasty and based on very high quality products, highlighted by perfect cooking and juices.
The chef is passionate and communicates this passion with great generosity and simplicity.
You feel like you're invited to a friend's house.

A small, friendly room with just a few tables. A menu of some well-mastered seasonal dishes. A very nice welcome, with a thought for our 2.5 year old daughter (not always easy for this type of dinner) with a suitable armchair. The products are primarily local and of very good quality. The wine list is well developed and the pairing advice is appropriate. We highly recommend!

Everything went very well.
We particularly appreciated the welcome which was very warm. Access to both spas was also fantastic. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very pleasant.
Hotel ideally located by the sea for lovely walks. We honestly loved everything...
Only downside: we found the room a little small even if the surface area was clearly indicated... But the wide-angle view of the room on the site misled us...

11/05/2024: We were happy to taste Charron's mussels marinière (without sauce)... But a big disappointment because they were reheated and therefore elastic. What a shame for us because we did not finish our dish, but also for the producers who would prefer that their production be promoted differently. However, the dessert was good and there was a great welcome.
Not everything is negative but 1 kg of mussels costs €3 to buy and sells for €15 for 600 grams, so I think we can allow a little more time for preparation.
10/05/2024: this meal was perfect very well eaten good food nothing to complain about from start to finish the tuna tataki a treat I recommend it

26/02/2024: The Bel Air literally saved our marriage! We had a power outage at 7:30 p.m. when we were going to eat.. 😰
The Bel Air team has put everything in place to overcome this situation with good humor and without visible stress for the guests! The hot dishes came out on time and were delicious, all the guests were amazed!! 🔥
We loved being able to discuss and choose the wedding meal and brunch the next day from the menu!
Great professionalism, we recommend with our eyes closed!
