07/10/2026: For years, the 550 km journey has seemed short when we consider such excellent food, smiling and attentive service, and exceptional cuisine; the restaurant delights us every time.
22/09/2026: We stopped at this establishment quite by chance for lunch. We ordered the set menu.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the contents and quality of the meal.
The chilled beetroot soup was excellent, slightly frothy.
We followed with steak and potatoes, steakhouse style. The beef was well-prepared, tender, and a good size.
For dessert, we had a pear and blackcurrant tart.
We also had a bottle of sparkling water and a coffee.
€67 for three people. The price is reasonable and in line with the average.
We received a warm welcome, even after 1 p.m. The service was very good, polite, and friendly.
I will definitely return to this restaurant.

14/09/2026: Truly a fabulous and special place. We arrived without reservation for lunch and the restaurant was full. Yuki-san was most welcoming and graciously set up a new table in the shade of the courtyard for us. The wine list was extensive and the Antichtone 2023 aligoté she suggested was superb, served coddled in its chilled jacket.
We shared a starter of terrine of comte, beef and vin jaune, and had tonkatsu pork and beef tataki for our respective mains. All excellent!. No photos of food to share as we were happily too distracted by the lovely dining experience.
14/09/2026: An hour's wait for a breaded cutlet and rice, a coffee that arrived without sugar, a bill of €30 per person – a waste of time and money.

13/10/2026: We stumbled upon the recently opened Hôtel Les Chevreuils in Meursault and were immediately captivated by the quality of the place and the attention to detail.
Inside, the atmosphere is youthful, relaxed, and welcoming, yet perfectly professional. We had the pleasure of touring the hotel and several rooms, all furnished with great taste, refinement, and meticulous attention to detail.
Everything is thoughtfully designed, reflecting a commitment to quality and authenticity. We have wonderful memories of this delightful discovery and will gladly return on our next trip to Burgundy.
An address we wholeheartedly recommend!

29/11/2025: We had an absolutely remarkable time at Château de la Cueillette.
The spa and hammam offer a soothing atmosphere, perfectly designed for relaxation and well-being. Everything is clean, calm, and very well maintained.
But what makes the experience truly memorable are the massages. The professionalism is evident from the very first minutes: controlled movements, attentive listening, quality of touch, precision… you feel you are in the hands of passionate and highly trained professionals. It's not just a simple relaxation massage, but a true sensory and therapeutic experience.
In addition, the bistro/restaurant attached to the establishment was a superb discovery. The dishes are flavorful, refined, and the balance of tastes is remarkable. The portions are generous without being excessive, elegant without being pretentious. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, especially considering the culinary level on offer.
In short: a refined, welcoming, and relaxing place where everything is harmonious and thoughtfully designed.
Whether for a massage, a relaxing spa experience, or a gourmet meal, I recommend it without hesitation.

15/08/2024: My wife and I had dinner here whilst staying locally. The restaurant is situated on the edge of Meursault with beautiful modern decor, great views and lift access from the parking for customers needing extra assistance. The wine list is excellent with a very good choice of wines predominantly from Bourgogne and a menu showing creativity, wonderful ingredients and what I would consider Michelin standard presentation. When we have an opportunity to return to the area, this will be the first restaurant on our agenda.

10/01/2024: If you're looking for a warm place in winter, then this isn't the place for you. They bring you food without even telling you what you're going to eat, and if you don't drink wine, don't worry, you'll still be charged €1.50 per person!
Oh yes, I almost forgot, be careful with your water bottle because mine was full of sediment and floating things at the bottom...

29/07/2024: We first visited here after lockdown when being in France again was a treat. it had been so good that we wondered if it could possibly be as good a few years later. It was!
We had the lunch menu with a superb bottle of meursault and It was all excellent. Impossible to fault on any level.
28/07/2024: Gestopt met de koerfiets voor een drankje. Voor 2 colas 33cl was het 12€. Toch wat te duur.
Wel vriendelijke bediening. Maar toch .
