31/03/2024: Big disappointment for this restaurant which had nevertheless been recommended to us. Out of 6 dishes, 2 arrived cold and my salmon tataki arrived perfectly cooked (as a reminder, a tataki is fish (or meat) which is very briefly seared over a hot flame or in a pan) And one of those who asked to reheat his dish left with food poisoning.

17/12/2023: The cuisine is very good, the cooking is respected. A touch of originality with the weight shoots and the presentation on the plate is nice. We would have appreciated the salmon gravelax more if the fish was scaled and/or skinless. It's just a detail. On the other hand, we appreciated the atmosphere and the service less. The head of the room (Thierry) when taking the order, made a comment when we wanted to order an extra bowl of fries like "fries and scallops don't go together" Then, we ordered a coke and a water, as a filtered suggestion. The coke was not uncapped in front of us and served open and without bubbles. When we asked a waitress, who told us: "ah yes it's the coke that was opened"...probably a few hours before serving it to us :/ In addition, the filtered water was charged 4 euros, it is very expensive for what it is! The rolls to accompany the meal are too hard and elastic...it's not great to accompany such beautiful and delicious dishes! The quality/price ratio is average. 50 euros/person with a starter and a main course + coffee (à la carte) In addition, big errors during the service or we were taken for those we are not and that's a shame. I don't think we'll come back.

20/07/2023: Thank you for the very warm welcome and availability. Hotel next to the station which is unfortunately not very well soundproofed but this inconvenience is compensated by the friendliness and simple but good cuisine.
