Restaurant La Traverse
Cenac-Et-Saint-Julien
28/07/2026: We came across this local restaurant accidentally during out Dordogne trip and i thought it merits special mention.
Although its appearance is of a robust local hotel/restaurant, the food that the two "filles" create is of Michelin star quality, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff (including the two ladies who own and run the place) are among the friendliest and fun we have met during out trip. We had our dog with us, who was also very welcome
If you are in the area, I really recommend this place.
11/07/2026: Extremely welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely dinner with typical regional food and spent the night there.
