12/10/2026: Great evening at La Bousse in Morteau!
I had a wonderful evening on Saturday with friends. The place is superb and the servers are extremely competent. Special mention for the Guinness: it's truly excellent. Having been to Ireland before, I can assure you it's of very high quality.
Quick announcement: if any of you saw an "Estonia" cap, it's mine; I lost it that evening. Please drop it off at the bar in La Bousse-Note.

16/10/2026: A warm welcome! Top-notch service from Thomas, who was fantastic from start to finish, always smiling and friendly! The meals were hot and delicious! Absolutely no complaints! They did forget the wine glasses, but if you do, just ask—it happens to the best of us!
From beginning to end, we savored our time at Le Chaudron! I don't understand the 3-something rating at all!!!! I'll be back soon and with pleasure! They accept American Express! Thomas, it was a pleasure! And a big thank you to the restaurant manager, whose name I don't know!
12/10/2026: Lunch menu at 18 euros with a starter, main course, and dessert, average quality. The Morteau sausage was good with the Cancoillotte cheese sauce, the fries were ordinary. Friendly waiter.
