Modern restaurant atmosphere with a view of the fridges and breakfast displays, really not pleasant.
Very large and noisy room.
Very poor service.
To top it all off, dishes prepared in advance reheated before serving... pretty much and of very very average quality or even less.

27/04/2024: We enjoyed the menu offered that evening: morel crust, Bonneveaux trout, fir ice cream.
Thank you to the person dedicated to serving our table (30) who, in addition to his professionalism, was able to bring us a little Lorraine note.
13/04/2024: Takeaway “pizza” for an evening meal.
The few ingredients present do not exude quality for a "pizza" that personally I would be ashamed to sell even for a symbolic €1.
I took the trouble to take a photo of a second pizza which is frozen to show you the difference between a restaurant pizza and an industrial pizza.

27/09/2023: Superbe hôtel en plein centre ville, accueillant, aimable, literie très confortable
Venu une nuit en déplacement professionnel pour le démontage de l'exposition au musée Gustave Courbet.
Salle de bain douche ou baignoire avec WC séparé ce qui est appréciable
Signal wifi parfait
Petit déjeuner a 14€
Chambre accessible jusqu'au lendemain 11h
Supermarché Aldi a 800 m et nombreux bar et restaurant a proximité
Bouilloire et machine Nespresso dans les chambres
Possibilité de se restaurer au restaurant de l'hôtel

17/09/2023: Hôtel familial bien plaisant. Il vaut mieux demander une chambre côté montagne, pour le calme.
Par contre, le restaurant n'est pas tout à fait à la hauteur. Dommage.
