21/08/2026: We had a wonderful time; from the food to the service, everything was excellent. A lovely wine list, enhanced by the helpful recommendations of the waitstaff. Seasonal dishes, perfectly executed from appetizer to dessert. Dog friendly.

25/08/2026: The dishes are beautifully presented and the food is really good (prawn poke bowl 👍 and braised pork shoulder 👍). The staff is friendly and helpful. However, at this price point (€40), one would expect dishes to be served piping hot. The hake fillet arrived practically cold, which is disappointing. It didn't go back to the kitchen (I was too hungry 🤷). As for the "entertainment," it was completely dead. A shame. End of summer? So, we wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh air. No such luck… too many smokers. On a purely personal note, it would be really nice if the terraces on this square became "non-smoking." I know, it's not forbidden and it's still pretty much impossible, but still, having to endure cigarette smoke during a meal eventually becomes unpleasant, especially when we're being served delicious food and we want to fully appreciate all the flavors. Okay, I'll go eat some carbonnade on a terrace in Belgium next year, because I don't like eating inside in the summer 😄

18/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay (4 nights) at La Villa Augusta. The setting is magnificent, we dined at the restaurant three evenings, and the food was excellent – ​​we thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel and restaurant staff were very pleasant, professional, and friendly. We will definitely return. Thank you for this lovely time.
