12/02/2026: Great quiet location, quaint basic hotel rooms.
EDIT: I rated this hotel 4 stars only based on the room. But the restaurant of the hotel deserved more than 5 stars, so I made the total 5. The restaurant food and service are phenomenal compared to the price. I had a 28 euro 3-course meal that was just perfect. I wonder if the locals know that such a wonderfull restaurant is in their town.

10/12/2025: Passing through Louviers for the day, I went to this brasserie to have a coffee because my 4-year-old daughter needed to pee. Unfortunately, the inside was full, and the lady told me that coffees were only served on the terrace, which was also full. I politely asked the lady if it would be possible for the little girl to pee, which was refused. This is outrageous; if it had been me (I am disabled), it would mean that I, or even a pregnant woman, would have been refused service. I will not be returning to your establishment.

Shower and WC (Unfortunately, the hot water tank was about to break)
The Service is good and pleasant
Good food, despite the duck breasts being a little overcooked

04/07/2024: Attiré par une terrasse sympa, j'ai fait l'erreur de m'arrêter pour y déjeuner.
L'accueil est froid, on a l'impression de déranger.
Je suis pourtant tolérant, mais là, le service est totalement incompétent, et désagréable. Je n'ai pas eu de traitement de faveur, c'était le cas pour toutes les autres tables autour de moi. Messieurs changez de métier, le service client ce n'est pas votre truc.
Quand à la cuisine, d'une banalité affligeante.
Quand on va au resto, c'est pour passer un moment agréable, dans celui ci ce n'est pas possible.
Bref à fuir, il y a d'autres restos sur Louviers.
