As for contact with bosses, I have never had the setbacks that I read described by other Internet users!
Maybe because it's more than a classic pastry...

We had reserved all the rooms (we are a car club) and really very beautiful place, beautiful well-maintained castle, Super welcome from the managers and staff, very good Floc and Armagnac since they are producers, and we had a very good dinner (well done to the chef), and to end the evening we were able to put on music, dance etc...

24/03/2024: A great discovery. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable and the dishes are copious and delicious. A great mastery of cooking with a beautiful wine list. The bill is very reasonable. A nice “bistronomic” on the town hall square.
09/03/2024: Too expensive and above all too long 2h30 to eat an overcooked duck breast, two waiters running around but nothing comes out of the kitchen I won't come there again

23/03/2024: Nice guy at the reception, friendly, polite and helpful. Will happily stay here again next time I'm next in the area. The place could have done with some renovation nevertheless the mattress and pillows were good, shower hot, everything clean. That's all you really need!

Too bad it goes by so quickly, next time probably the meal trip!! One of the great things to do in the Gers, there are so many...
01/10/2023: Apart from the fact of all meeting up in an original place to enjoy a good meal with a very friendly captain, the landscape is more than monotonous (only trees); In my opinion, more explanations are missing on the lock, the Baïse, the town of Condom...
But I really appreciated the generosity of the boss, well, it's true, you shouldn't get up from your place at any time!!!!

Came to eat in March, disappointing meal. Big doubts about the freshness of the dishes offered, a fly wandering from dish to dish. We didn't eat anything and still had to pay €70 for 3 drinks, 1 children's menu far too generous for a child aged 4 and 2 all-you-can-eat buffet formula.
We will not return to this establishment.
09/12/2023: Nous avons mangé hier soir dans ce restaurant. La serveuse adorable, les plats un peu long à arriver, l'entrée était très bonne mais le reste un peu moins. Le pain était dur comme du béton. Je trouve pas normal de servir du pain dur dans un restaurant, surtout à 39 euros le repas. Tout était bien rangé, ça avait l'air propre. Le coca et la bière 9 euros j'étais choqué mais bon.... Voilà mon avis sur cette partie restaurant. Ça pourrait être pas mal mais des effort à faire sur quelques point. Belle continuation ❤️

02/09/2023: La batisse est magnifique mais malheureusement manque d'entretien. Le gérant n'est pas accueillant et n'a en aucun cas le sens du service. Nous avons eu une chambre qui avait un dégât des eaux, le sol regorgeait d'eau. Le petit déjeuner est déplorable. Malgré un emplacement idéal et une belle bâtisse extérieure, cet établissement ne devrait pas être classé Gites de France.
23/08/2023: Accueil très agréable. Beau bâtiment et belle chambre. Une vraie piscine. Emplacement parfait dans Condom.

We ate in this restaurant due to lack of space elsewhere on a Sunday lunchtime in Lectoure. A word of advice if this happens to you, don’t eat Caesar salad. Sliced Fleury Michon chicken just reheated in the pan, flavorless tomatoes, squares of industrial croutons and I don't even dare tell you about the parmesan that I recognized because I also buy them at Lidl. At the end of the day I'm not even sure who is hurting more: my stomach for this horrible meal or my wallet because they dare to charge 17€ for this "dish"..
