21/08/2024: An excellent experience. Exquisite dishes with sublime flavors. It is without a shadow of a doubt one of my favorite restaurants. Congratulations to the chef and his entire team. The service is of high quality.

19/08/2024: An incredible experience. From the service to the tasting, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! Real taste discoveries but also in terms of textures. A great address to do. Little extra: we were in the small room on the right which only had 5 tables with ours so it was really very pleasant and intimate.

23/08/2024: Quelle déception. Il faut préciser que les photos datent d’avant le changement de propriétaire. Nous pensions déjeuner à la péniche mais nous nous sommes retrouvés sur la terrasse du rée de chaussée sur une table non dressée, il manquait des sets de table, des couverts… la carte est à l’image d’une guinguette. En entrée que l’on partage a 2, sans assiette, les moules étaient sèches, le confit de canard était trop cuit. Pas de choix de vin et celui proposé était à 24€ et pas très bon ! Bref nous étions déçus

22/09/2024: Great gastro menu, dishes and wines matched between the starter, the main course, the cheese, but the dessert is not Gascon at all, too many profiteroles which spoil the whole meal. Otherwise top notch welcome as well as service.

27/08/2024: Excellent food, Niquel service, the waiter Steven was very pleasant and very kind, excellent butcher's piece. I recommend and I will come back!!

31/01/2026: A wonderful discovery. The dining room was very welcoming, and the curtains effectively separated the spaces, giving each table its own privacy. The meal was delicious from start to finish. The set menu was well-balanced and varied. Beautifully presented. The staff was efficient, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be back.

25/08/2024: Disappointing, good food but without character, nothing exceptional, we know how to do that at home. Very good service, very neat surroundings, but the smoking area is too close to the terrace...

10/08/2024: This is the 2nd year that I have eaten there for jazzin Marciac. and I recommend 💯%. Nice place, friendly and efficient smiling server. And the cuisine, famous! We congratulated the chef for the very tasty and well cooked octopus dish.

10/10/2025: We stayed one night at Hotel Henri IV while walking the chemin du puy. The location was great and the room was simple but perfect for our needs, and really clean. However, what really stood out were the staff who were super friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay memorable, including doing the laundry in super-quick time (when the local laundromat was ' en panne') to adapting the restaurant menu to meet dietary needs. And the resident border collie is just gorgeous!

21/08/2024: Un restaurant tranquille à l’écart des autres , qui sert les spécialités du sud-ouest, dans un cadre serein , à essayer.
