17/04/2026: It's top-notch, delicious, efficient, and plentiful. An unusual and unexpected spot tucked away in a residential area. We'll definitely be back. The only downside was a billing error that we only realized too late, as we only had a receipt for two dishes... a shame to end on a bad note.
10/04/2026: A very good, simple, and efficient restaurant. The food is good, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is pleasant. No complaints, I highly recommend it!

20/03/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Mancicidor. The staff are very friendly and passionate; they know their products and wines extremely well, which isn't always the case. They even spontaneously created a delicious cocktail to pair with our dessert—original and a great success.

(I tried to grab a sponge to quickly mop up my spilled coffee, and I got a smack.) Come on, Léa isn't just any palindrome.
Laval is a palindrome.
Noëlléon is an anagram.
I've been here three times to eat...everything was perfect...

Neither disappointed nor surprised. Which is reassuring. The cocktail menu is updated and enticing.

13/04/2026: Paying €16.50 for a salad with half the leaves inedible because they were wilted, and the four measly tomatoes rotten! And three goat cheese toasts! I find that truly outrageous, especially since the menu lists a mesclun salad and then you get a different salad instead, and they don't even mention it!
I can tell you I didn't order dessert! It didn't appeal to me given the quality of the salad. For me, it was a terrible experience!+++++
10/04/2026: Everything was frozen, the fries and fish were unpleasant, and the price for two was very expensive. Disappointed on Easter Monday 2026.

19/03/2026: Invited by my son, we had a very pleasant time.
Having chosen the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert for £21), the plates were generously filled, beautifully presented, and delicious. The service was perfect, with little waiting between courses and a kind word from the owner.
Superb view overlooking the Garonne River with a few fishing huts and the Île d'Arcins opposite.
Very pleasant terrace. We can't wait for spring so we can enjoy the wisteria and other greenery!
Then a short stroll in the park to aid digestion...
We'll definitely be back!
09/03/2026: The food was very average, the place was noisy, the bill came to €480 for 8 people, and when they served us coffee they told us the establishment was closing (3 PM), so we had to rush to drink it and leave. Definitely avoid this place.

18/09/2023: Restaurant more French than Portuguese, seafood rice, only frozen and an aftertaste of soup. A homemade dessert straight from the metro... Few customers in the restaurant on a Saturday lunchtime, don't worry why!
