02/04/2024: Beautiful hotel, a little out of the center of Bordeaux but very convenient with the tram. The spa was excellent, the family room was very nice for a long weekend!

General appearance a little old.
Spacious room. But lacking a little comfort for a 4 star.
I agree with many comments on the fact that this hotel is 4*.
No night service....
Minimalist breakfast buffet.
Reception closing at 7 p.m.
High price for the services offered.

16/03/2024: Very friendly and accommodating despite the late arrival time.
10/03/2024: Came with family, nothing to say about the dishes (salmon, duck breast...) On the other hand, as for fries, they were frankly not fresh, reheated x times.... Too bad, I knew this restaurant in its beginnings and I came there to eat good homemade fries.... I wanted to post a photo, but I couldn't. The staff was friendly.

29/01/2024: Very good school, friendly teachers who listen to young people. The restaurant is very welcoming, the students are learning surrounded by teachers who are there to support them.
A very good value for money.
We went there with family and friends and we had a great time.

We were able to try the training restaurant as a family, very good value for money with smiling students (under the supervision of their teachers).
