07/05/2024: Inventive and tasty cuisine but much too expensive for this small village restaurant. Count on the average starter, main course and dessert for €60. Sweetbreads at €32. At that price we didn't expect to have to have lunch with a noisy fridge in the middle of the room. Decor a little too Leroy Merlin...
30/04/2024: It is always a great pleasure to have lunch or dinner at Saillans. The cuisine is refined, the flavors delightful! And the always warm welcome!
Little extras: the restaurant is open on Mondays and the weekday lunch menu at €20 defies all competition!
