27/01/2026: It was a surprise. It's a very nice place, the food is good, the atmosphere is nothing special.
My opinion... The cuisine has been frozen back in the '80s; there's nothing that reflects our times. For what I tried, one start would be enough.
15/01/2026: An incredible first fine dining experience. The dish was delicious and the portion was more than generous. The sommelier and servers were always available.

The young trainee waiter was very pleasant.
The meal was flawless.
Snails, foie gras, beef fillet, trout au bleu, vacherin, and gourmet coffee.
A truly wonderful discovery. An address to remember.
