07/02/2026: A lovely restaurant, easily accessible by car and on foot. The decor changes every season, which I think is perfect. The wait was fine, especially if it's not packed. The service was professional, the food was very good, and it wasn't too noisy.

06/12/2025: Our second visit to this restaurant in a year, and our second time being thoroughly satisfied. A warm, family welcome, attentive and efficient service, responsive to every request, and delicious, generous traditional cuisine. In short, we will gladly return on our next trip to the region.

10/01/2026: I'm only leaving a review for the restaurant. We had dinner at "Les Trois Sapins" on Saturday evening. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was also very good: the waitresses were friendly and attentive. Personally, I'm vegetarian, and the menu doesn't have many vegetarian options. However, I highly recommend the rather unusual "sauerkraut samosa." Well, it's excellent! It's a combination I found very successful: kudos to the chef, who is very creative.

09/12/2025: I'm only leaving a review for the restaurant. It's always a pleasure to dine at this establishment. The service is young and friendly. The location is ideal, with parking nearby. (I can't comment on the rooms as I've never stayed in them), but I imagine they're similar. Overall, a lovely establishment.
