23/02/2026: The restaurant was crowded, as I was seated near the entrance. Bad luck. I ordered a fondue for two plus a charcuterie platter.
The portion size was (in my opinion) insufficient.
The price was a bit too high.
The service was excellent until the waiter came to stir my fondue to "avoid scrubbing the pans for too long." In short, a fondue cost €24 per person, and charcuterie €17. Not bad, but not excellent.
21/02/2026: A very mixed review for this well-known and highly recommended restaurant. The manager was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. However, the unprofessional and uninspired waiters greeted us without a "good evening" and handed us the menu without a word. Raclette isn't complicated, but there was no explanation of the charcuterie, which was hastily placed on the table. In short, I was neither happy nor unhappy... just disappointed compared to my expectations.

21/12/2025: Finally! A real restaurant in Luchon: Hôtel d’Etigny.
Review of a meal eaten in August, as the hotel is closed in winter.
A very pleasant surprise.
Impeccable service.
Quality menus and dishes, a welcome change from the other restaurants in town, which too often resemble fast food.
Thank you for this wonderful experience.
13/09/2025: Frankly, I'm surprised by all these negative reviews. A budget hotel with character, comfortable and spacious rooms, super friendly staff, from the reception to the waiters and waitresses (special mention to Mégane).
A real chef, true service worthy of a French hotel, all at a very affordable price, especially for local and homemade products.
In short, I loved it.

24/07/2024: Pas de service, accueil client absent, tarif trop élevé pour le service (non) rendu.
J'ai du assurer le service, passer la commande (quand le patron a bien voulu terminer sa conversation téléphonique et dire bonjour a ses amis arrivés après moi) et apporter ma commande en terrasse où nous étions installés.
Même situation pour les clients de la table d'à côté.

25/08/2024: Impossible de savoir comment est la nourriture car à peine arrivés, un dragon nous a stoppé dans notre élan en nous somant de remettre les 2 tables à leurs place, nous étions 6 et désirions boire un coup avant de manger....pas de négociation, nous sommes parti, aussi vite que nous sommes arrivés..... dommage, ça avait l'air bon 🤣
11/08/2024: Les meilleures crêpes et tourtes au myrtilles de Luchon, c’est ici!!!
Je recommande la crêpe au chocolat chantilly car tout est au top de la qualité.
Aussi, la tourte au myrtille est excellente.
La terrasse est agréable et l’intérieur magnifique.
Un lieu incontournable à Luchon.
