The professionals are very kind, attentive, contact customers to make sure everything is going well and take the time despite the rush and understaffing. The dishes were good, we enjoyed it. Hotel d'Etigny

19/09/2023: We were there yesterday, we didn't have a reservation, we were lucky and there was a room. They didn't give us any problems. The treatment of all the workers was unbeatable, very friendly and attentive.
As for the hotel, it needs renovation, but everything is clean.
06/09/2023: For all lovers of French gastronomy, go your way, menus of dishes with evocative names, worthy of a 🌟 star restaurant..
A la carte menus:
Lack of refinement in the presentation, very limited dishes, average dessert.
Very pleasant exterior setting, however..
Quiet terrace, positive point..
Friendly waiter, but the chef may have already taken his vacation..
Sorry for the management and the very courteous service.
Too bad, the service that we expect from such a place was not there, or we did not opt for the cook's favorite dishes..
