14/06/2024: Very good, fast and efficient, special mention for Malik, very pleasant and attentive waiter.
06/06/2024: We waited more than 10 minutes in front of the entrance before someone decided to come see us. The waitresses and waiters walked past us without saying hello. Ok, there were people there but just a hello to show that we had been seen and to tell us that they were going to take care of us, it didn't cost anything.
Honestly, I was going to leave.
On the other hand, the kitchen, nothing to say, very good.
The meat melts like butter in your mouth.

29/05/2024: Second experience and still just as delighted. A seasonal menu, quality and well-prepared products, all for a very reasonable menu price. The only downside for this last visit: the service was a little slow (especially for clearing out). A good address.
21/05/2024: First time we have come. I appreciate this small menu which changes every season. Everything is made on site with fresh products. Beautiful and good hearty plate. Very good value for money. We had reserved this little restaurant and it was full. We will come back.

27/03/2024: 3rd visit for us, always a good time and above all a treat. Good cooked dishes that exude passion and you can feel it! Let's not forget the service which is simply perfect, without overdoing it, they are just brilliant and know their job, I highly recommend this restaurant which for me is by far the best in Muret and its surroundings. Thanks again!
21/03/2024: Very good brasserie, the dishes are delicious and hearty while remaining simple. I enjoy it every time I go there or take someone.

09/03/2024: Very expensive for what it is. Caesar salad is in name only... more than average. As for meat, meh... there are better and cheaper elsewhere... overpriced wine... in short, to avoid...
27/02/2024: This little restaurant is a wonderful find! Top service and welcome!!! Well presented plate, plentiful and tasty. Family atmosphere and very reasonable prices. We come back regularly and will never stop coming back! See you soon!!!

19/02/2024: A friend arranged to meet us there and it was a nice surprise! A very warm little restaurant, quite small but very pleasant. The menu has very little choice but everything is very good and seasonal! Little extra for the split pea puree which is excellent 🥰 really very affordable prices compared to the quality. I recommend !!

31/03/2024: Too expensive hotel for a lousy room! Noisy, smell of cigarettes, shower connected to the sink, … I advise against it
19/03/2024: Hotel to avoid. Arrived around 8:00 p.m. this Friday March 15. First room on the ground floor next to the very noisy reception. I could hear all the conversations around, not to mention the incessant slamming of doors, both from neighboring rooms and the one giving access to reception. At my request, a second room was allocated to me, at the end of the other wing of the hotel. And there, barely in the bed that I sink like in a hammock. And you are not allowed to move otherwise the whole bed will squeak. Even the bedding of a first class or an F1 is much better. Nothing to say about the reception which tries to put on a good face, aware of the problems. All for the modest sum of almost 90 euros give or take a few cents. In the end, I took the car back to Toulouse to find a standard hotel and a restful sleep after more than 700 km of driving. Makes you wonder where the stars come from.
