19/08/2026: It was recommended to us, but I won't be going back. The food was passable, but the service was appalling. The waitress, or I think the owner, just walked by and didn't even clear our empty plates. The other waiter was chatting with other customers, and when we went to pay the €74.60 bill, they told us they didn't have change. To top it all off, the waitress who served the duck breast spilled coffee all over us and didn't even offer a complimentary drink, as our trousers and shirt were completely stained. Anyway, I suppose you can eat better elsewhere. The chairs were the most uncomfortable part.

23/08/2026: Yes, it's a bar, but also and especially for local workers, a high-end lunch spot at unbeatable prices. The dishes are carefully prepared, original, constantly evolving, and seasonal. A resounding yes.

07/07/2026: This manager needs to calm down. He thinks he's all that. He takes it upon himself to explain the rules of courtesy to the saleswomen, but forgets he's speaking and reprimands his staff in front of customers. It's really getting tiresome first thing in the morning to witness this. You also need to make an effort with hygiene, Mr. Manager, because wiping the tables with a cloth and then immediately putting your hand in the display case isn't exactly professional. It's all well and good to reprimand and yell at the saleswomen, but take a good look at yourself, because believe me, in your presence, your waitresses lose all joy in their work, and it's very obvious.

14/07/2026: It's right in the center of Toulouse. We were passing by and stopped to buy some butter croissants to take away. They had a 4 for 3 offer... €4.20. They were delicious!!! They also had other pastries, sandwiches, granitas...

The restaurant is air-conditioned and overlooks Place Wilson, which is a real plus in the summer, haha. We highly recommend this place. Enjoy your meal!

They're true icons of this Toulouse institution that I've been frequenting for years… And yet, it's only today that I've decided to leave a review… The names mentioned above certainly played a part in that. 05/09/2026: The waiter wasn't very pleasant and casually informed us 20 minutes after we ordered that the drink was no longer available, without apology. Furthermore, we ordered two lemonades but were served two different things…

06/09/2026: We wanted to have a drink and lunch there this Sunday, but when we went to get a table, the waitress was so unfriendly that we told her it wasn't worth it and left. If she doesn't like her job anymore, she should change careers...it's a shame, we usually like the Florida.
