06/02/2026: I've been going there for three years and it's a great bar; the waitresses, waiters, and owner are very friendly. I highly recommend it, with excellent beers and great snacks.

05/03/2026: When we arrived, the cook seemed friendly, suggesting we sit on the terrace because of the bad weather. He practically insisted, even forcing us, and we finally gave in. We had only come for a takeaway waffle! In the end, we went back to the terrace and ate a waffle under the watchful eye of the waiter, who was doing the bare minimum. We felt like we were intruding! When it came time to pay, the bill was €10.50 instead of €7, about 133% of the original price. So, the seat cost us €3.50. The cook had simply invited us so we would pay extra. How kind! We still enjoyed our meal, but they definitely took advantage of our naivety… P.S.: We recommend this place, but only for takeaway. Don't fall for the cooks' hypocritical kindness.

Recently, your staff were unable to serve dark chocolates upon request, even though this was previously possible. The response given was:
-Not available! -Not possible!
Or go to the Capitole!
What a shame.
But I'm ready to return, hoping for a likely improvement.

07/02/2026: This was the first place I ate at in Toulouse. A very nice terrace with a view, especially when the sun is shining. The servers are very pleasant and the food is very good. I recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to come back if I'm ever in the area again!

The traditional cuisine was very nice and the service impeccable.
Kindness and helpfulness were also on the menu.

Completely burnt salad...all wilted...disgusting...you can see that it's frozen from the day before that you're being served...11.00 for a coke and a salad...disgusted...I don't will come back more.
14/11/2024: When working in a business it is important to emphasize kindness, a smile, sympathy and welcome.
Unfortunately a blonde lady with a strong accent, recently hired, does not have these qualities. Very unpleasant person bordering on aggressive when she served me and what's more we had the impression of disturbing her whereas when I entered the bakery she didn't seem to be very busy….Regular customer I thank her very much young apprentice for her welcome, her kindness and her professionalism.

01/03/2026: We came here for an evening meal, the food was excellent quality, as was the srvice and value. The Duck was particularly well cooked. The restaurant is quite small so booking is advisable.
28/02/2026: Absolutely avoid this place!
This place doesn't deserve to be called a restaurant.
The dining room is small, dark, and gloomy.
The toilet door is disgusting, and you definitely don't want to use the restroom.
Dust and cobwebs on the chandeliers.
The food was uninteresting. The salad with goat cheese toast was awful; the cheese was so old and strong. The duck breast was as tough as shoe leather.
We didn't even bother with dessert. We were quite disgusted by our poor choice and witnessed our neighbors leaving prematurely, bewildered by the stale salmon.
Who regulates this kind of establishment?

22/03/2026: Horrible! A 30-minute wait before even ordering, and then another 30 minutes for a lungo (which was lukewarm, by the way). The speculoos cheesecake had a glucose sauce (you'd think it was cough syrup) to cover up how badly it was cooked. Plus, the tables were awful. They cleared away disgusting carafes full of residue. I do not recommend this place! Run away, you poor fool!
21/03/2026: Nice, but nothing special. The view is stunning, but the coffee isn't very good and the service is slow.

04/03/2026: What a rip-off! For an order of 5 pizzas, they charge you €4 delivery fee per pizza without any prior warning.
It's as if the driver made 5 round trips for all 5 pizzas.
What a scam! STAY AWAY.
Nevertheless, thank you to the driver who was kind and for whom I hope he's paid fairly, considering the exorbitant fees this company takes.

15/02/2026: Very disappointed. Poor soundproofing; we could hear everything going on in the street. I didn't sleep a wink all night.
The bathroom offered no privacy. There was no handle to close the toilet door from the inside. I will not be returning.
10/02/2026: Okay, let me set the record straight about this hotel where I stayed recently.
The hotel has a fantastic location.
The hotel had very nice rooms.
The hotel had excellent reception.
No noise problems whatsoever.
Don't pay attention to the reviews that say otherwise.
If you're looking for a well-located, reasonably priced hotel with good service, you can book it without hesitation.

24/11/2024: I ordered 3 boxes of breaded chicken and with the 3 boxes there was the sauce that went with it, I just picked up my order and I'm missing 2 sauces and it's not the first time that's been the problem for me
17/11/2024: 3rd time the pizza was delivered late, the 1st time and the 2nd time 30 minutes late today Sunday 17/11 the pizza arrived 1 hour late, the pizza obviously cold.
The big problem is delivery.

25/02/2026: A SCANDAL and a complete rip-off! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I never thought people could be such big liars.
I went to this café with my cousin and aunt for lunch today.
We were very surprised to see a wide selection of snacks.
Unfortunately, it's all just advertising and a SCAM. They show you focaccias that look like they're loaded with toppings, but in the end, you get a measly piece of bread prepared on the side with a nonexistent burrata, barely any topping, and it's bland.
We were served by an unpleasant man with incredibly inappropriate jokes who, by the way, speaks very rudely to his employees.
I don't even understand how they're still open.
See for yourselves in the photos I took of three different focaccias.
I can't wait for it to close.
