Well cooked, it looked more like glue!
I had eaten there before and it was pretty good
I am responsible for an events agency and the lack of regularity in services is not good for customer loyalty

Petits gâteaux très bons ma foi, bien travaillés.
Service assez impersonnel à mon goût, c'est dommage.
19/08/2024: I had afternoon tea. Good tea but small quantity (1/4L).
The table assigned to me was not cleaned, I had to ask a waiter to wipe it down. They seemed overwhelmed. The tea room was full, the tables too crowded

22/07/2024: I knew Chez Carmen when the restaurant was located opposite the old slaughterhouses and I was not disappointed by the quality of the dishes and the service. A wine list with very beautiful houses (well that adds to the bill...so ladies and gentlemen restaurateurs stop these multiplier coefficients which scare away customers), legendary dishes that cannot be found anywhere else (the winegrower's pig's trotter for example).

Finally open… empty tables… but wouldn’t take us!!!!! Bit of a rude waitress… we won’t be back even tho our boat 15 meters away!!nowhere does it say reservation only!!
29/08/2024: Hello, I have known this small restaurant for years, living in the neighborhood. A little disappointed this year despite the atmosphere and the prime location. Significant increase in prices, less generous plates, very long service, less professional staff, it's obvious !a small restaurant in survival, it’s a shame!

02/09/2024: Restaurant trouvé par hasard d'une balade dans Toulouse. Attirées par une carte réduite (gage de qualité), nous nous sommes arrêtées. Nous avons tout de suite reçu un accueil chaleureux. Nous avons très bien mangé, nous nous sommes régalées, l'ambiance était très sympa et conviviale et les serveuses charmantes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et le recommandons chaleureusement.
