21/06/2026: Hello, I came with my family on Friday evening and we were very disappointed. I ordered chicken pasta which was really not very good: far too much cream and very little flavor. The wait was also far too long. I hadn't been back for four years and, honestly, there are many things that need improvement. The shisha area is mixed in with the dining area, the lawn is poorly maintained, the kitchen is located outside the restaurant, and the cocktails lacked flavor and weren't sweet enough. It's a shame, because I had much better memories of it. For me, this experience was a real disappointment.

07/04/2026: Very disappointed. I booked a prestige room for €200 with a "king-size bed" (on Booking.com) and ended up with two single beds pushed together. No fridge due to "environmental concerns," and besides, the fridge was very hot and dirty. No bottled water in the rooms, towels too small, it took a long time for the hot water to arrive, quite a bit of dust, and no kettle even though herbal tea and tea were on the courtesy tray. The only positive point was the friendliness of the staff.

03/04/2026: A very good experience at this hotel. After my stay, I realized a week later that I had left my jacket in my room. I contacted them immediately, and they checked and confirmed it was there. They then sent it to me via Chronopost. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism. The welcome was truly fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant, which is very good and offers generous portions.

19/08/2026: First, I'd like to mention the warm welcome and kindness of the saleswoman. Secondly, I must admit that our two slices of vanilla flan were truly disappointing in both taste and texture. They were far too sweet, too creamy, and too pasty. Disgusting, I'm sorry to say. We didn't finish them. I'm disappointed. I would have been better off ordering a pain au chocolat to try.

04/09/2026: A really cool, long and narrow place with plenty of natural light from the skylight and a large terrace overlooking the walkways. The rock music inside is loud enough to hear each other easily. The service is quick and convenient. The place has a foosball table, but I don't know when it's in use (it was covered at 7:30 pm).

04/09/2026: I was surprised by such a warm welcome, and after reading other reviews, I'm not anymore. This kind of place shouldn't be open, or at least not with such a manager. Keep walking; there are plenty of much better bars in the area.

10/03/2026: The food is good and healthy, yes, but the portions are really small, especially considering the prices! 😱 The restaurant feels like a cafeteria, and the hygiene and decor of the restrooms leave much to be desired. It's packed (I wonder why) and very noisy. Personally, I wouldn't go back because I really felt like I was being ripped off.

04/07/2026: We ate at this restaurant on Friday evening and what a disappointment… The menu looked quite appealing for €16, a reasonable price for an affordable set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert, and the reviews on Google were rather positive. We were invited to eat inside as there was no room outside, which was fine with us. The interior… Everything was a haphazard, haphazard affair, to put it bluntly… The service was catastrophic. They forgot to bring us our drinks, asked how we wanted our duck breast cooked, and when we said medium-rare, it was overcooked. They didn't have a proper knife for cutting meat, and the bread was stale. The salad was mediocre at best, but for the price we paid, we didn't complain. The toilets were in a deplorable state… The customers who went in before us had the same disgusted look on their faces. No toilet flush button, a broken tap, a very dirty floor… and when we arrived to pay, a bin overflowing with bread – unprofessional to put that right in front of customers' faces… Furthermore, if we hadn't eaten inside or had gone to the restroom, we would have said, "It's not amazing, but for €16 for the set menu, it's acceptable." But considering everything, we even think we paid too much for what it was. We weren't being unpleasant because that's not how we operate, but I still feel it's important to highlight our experience given the many positive reviews that we don't understand.

19/07/2026: The opening hours are convenient, and the pastries and breads offered a good variety and some originality. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the viennoiseries. The saleswoman was pleasant and charming.

01/09/2026: Open all year round, the best tobacconist in Toulouse, 6am-2pm-3pm, what more could you ask for?

09/08/2026: I only use the tobacco counter, legendary for its ridiculously long opening hours! The atmosphere is a bit unpredictable depending on the staff and their mood, but I have lots of good memories, like singing along to David Bowie songs, or asking each other how I am. An institution!
