17/05/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this café!!
We waited 40 minutes after numerous requests to order, and then another half hour, only to finally ask a different server for our four coffees and a grenadine, who told us our order hadn't been registered! We finally received our coffees after an hour, and I had to get up to fetch a bottle of water that had never been brought to us!
10/05/2026: We can't give it zero stars, what a shame... We've been several times and each time, the staff is polite enough to want to visit the cathedral across the street, and the wait time, even for a simple Coke, is endless. Even Disneyland would have found this unacceptable... I absolutely do not recommend it.

16/05/2026: I don't understand the bad reviews; they must be from bitter people. The pastries and viennoiseries are simply delicious, and the young woman who served me was always very polite and smiling. Customers, please be kinder and more polite, and you will receive the same treatment in return.
06/05/2026: Working in the industry, I occasionally visit this bakery. Today, however, the experience was very unpleasant. There was little wait time, but the employees preferred to chat and laugh amongst themselves in a rather unsubtle way. Furthermore, they completely ignored the order. It's not very professional, a real shame…

14/06/2026: Unfortunately, the food wasn't well prepared. The fish was good quality and fresh, but bland and unseasoned.
The duck breast was poorly cooked. Parts of it were burnt. Thin slices of duck breast were fried in a pan – the fat layer was flabby and not crispy, dry and not juicy. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.
11/06/2026: This is the second time I have been here. The food is generally great and their set menu is great value for money. The only complaint about food today was the desert which I don’t normally have. Tiramisu was not very pleasant. Very runny sauce with barely any sponge.
Today’s visit was only marred by the gentleman serving us who paid very little attention to our order and when my niece was paying the bill was also quite rude. I am hoping we will not be faced with this again.

16/06/2026: The dishes are homemade, incredibly generous, and absolutely delicious. The schnitzels and other meat dishes are amazing and perfectly prepared. The staff is really friendly, smiling, and attentive. For me, it's the best kosher restaurant and caterer in Toulouse. A truly wonderful place that we always return to with great pleasure; go without hesitation!

15/06/2026: If you go to Toulouse and its large Place du Capitole, above all DO NOT GO TO CAFÈ ALBERT (unless you want to be fooled, they just did it to me). A horrible mojito and a "natural" orange juice that couldn't be more powdery
14/06/2026: We ordered a long coffee and a Perrier. The bill came to €6.80.
Our credit card was declined for amounts under €10.
The waiter directed us to the ATM under the arcades. This is rather inconvenient for a place located on Place du Capitole, a high-traffic area.
Especially since these days, payments are mostly made electronically.

08/08/2025: I will no longer go to a La Panetière bakery because this chain has still not committed to fighting the caged farming of laying hens and the worst chicken farming practices! The company is lagging behind its competitors like Paul, La Mie Câline or Pomme de Pain who have already made a firm commitment against these cruel practices. La Panetière, when will you align yourself with other food companies?
16/07/2025: I bought a Caesar salad which looked pretty at first glance, the top was filled with pasta, and when I put two forks in the dish I realized that it was filled with salad (green) so 7.60 to eat salad, no thank you, I won't go back there again!!!!

29/12/2023: Nous sommes allés dîner dans cette crêperie pour l’anniversaire de mon petit frère, en sachant que nous allions très bien manger et passer un bon moment. Tout a été conforme à nos attentes et plus encore ! Un repas réussi tient autant à la qualité de la nourriture qu’à un personnel attentionné et chaleureux. Ce restaurant réuni ces deux ingrédients à la perfection pour assurer une recette formidable. Merci encore !

29/09/2024: Great experience, we had the privilege of having the restaurant all to ourselves, there were 10 of us and we ate well, the dishes were of high quality and the owner was friendly. I recommend.
27/09/2024: Bad reception: the owner told us to put yourself here and not there... To serve us a disgusting meal on a "disgusting" table and what's more, billing worthy of racketeering. For example: tartar-flavored coffee for €2 and a half of just 25cl for €4...!

In short, the establishment is really not recommendable.

Seul bémol : 26€ pour une mini assiette avec 4 petites saint Jacques, je trouve ça vraiment très abusif! Les plats de mes amies étaient beaucoup plus copieux et cohérents avec leur prix.
25/11/2024: Beau cadre, accueil très qualitatif et belle équipe. Ambiance parfaite avec le groupe Soulmates Tribute, c'était encore une fois parfait, Bravo et à très vite
