22/09/2024: Arrived at the table at 1 p.m., left at 2:50 p.m., so almost 2 hours for overcooked meat, 20 minutes of waiting for coffee which never arrived (we kindly asked the waitresses twice), we preferred to give it up…

12/09/2024: Friendly staff but very poor value for money. Poorly cooked meat and not very good quality and very nervous. 4 fries fighting a duel... Crème brûlée overdosed with violet and especially liquid, not set and barely burned. In short, I used to come often but the value for money is really no longer there unfortunately. Indeed, if the call menu has a correct price, you then need €5 extra for meat which is not great and another €3 more (than the formula) to be disappointed again. I tried to give a factual opinion, what about you? I no longer recommend

15/08/2024: The Brasserie Faubourg St Simon was the ideal venue for our wedding (end of May 2024). On a charming terrace, out of sight, we were able to celebrate our religious wedding, followed by a delicious cocktail in complete privacy and simplicity as we wished. From the project until the big day, we were supported by a friendly, attentive, responsive and dynamic team (a big thank you to Jérôme and Calypso!). We are sure that this is a restaurant that you too will enjoy for your private events. We also had lunch there and the food was very good.

15/09/2024: While in Toulouse for the weekend, we discovered La rosa negra for the first evening, which made us want to come back the next day. Thanks to DJ MVIZZ and the whole team for this great atmosphere. 🫶🫰🏻

15/09/2024: Très belle soirée passée an famille dans ce restaurant que nous ne connaissions seulement que de réputation. EPD à 43 € avec de nombreux choix. Personnel très sympa et dispo, le tout dans une ambiance cosy. Nous nous sommes tous régalés et avons tout particulièrement apprécié la qualité de nos assiettes, généreusement garnies. Mention toute particulière pour la petite attention à la fin de ce repas d'anniversaire. Nous reviendrons !!

14/09/2024: Belle découverte pour ce lieu à l'ambiance bistrot très authentique. Le charme opére dès votre arrivée dans ce décor authentique avec un accueil souriant et très agréable. La prise de commande comme le service sont rapides et attentifs pendant tout le repas malgré le restaurant complet pour ce dîner. Le choix des plats est très correct, d'une grande qualité et d'une présentation soignée. Les vins aux verres permettent d'accorder vos mets comme bon vous semble. Le rapport qualité prix est très honnête pour ce niveau de cuisine et de service rarement rencontré sur Toulouse. Merci pour cet excellent moment de gourmandises.

08/06/2024: If you decide to hold a conference in this hotel, ask for details of your petit fours order. No details, grossly undersized, not all your guests will eat! No manager on site, the waiters have no solution other than to overcharge 25 euros for a plate of charcuterie. A pure scandal.

06/04/2024: Very welcoming place, exceptionally well located since it is a few minutes' journey at most from Toulouse-Blagnac airport, the rooms are also very clean and very well soundproofed. In addition, the staff is remarkably friendly, and the Palladia has the advantage of occasionally welcoming representatives of large CAC40 companies in particular (the establishment has an ideal indoor amphitheater particularly suited to this type of meeting followed by cocktails ). In addition to being an establishment favored by external partners during shareholder meeting type events, for example, it is also a very well maintained hotel with a large airy entrance, pleasant and bright. Very good establishment. Last visit: Winter 2022. Next visit, probably in summer and in my name. In any case, I recommend this ideal establishment in many respects.

27/06/2024: Restaurant sympathique. Très bon accueil détendu et respectueux. Et avec humour. Nous avons très bien déjeuné, les crevettes à la plancha sont excellentes. Le plat du jour était correctement épicé de bonnes saveurs. La burrata est excellente. Bon rapport qualité prix

21/09/2024: ASHAMED ! Closing at 2 a.m., order for a last drink taken at 1:40 a.m. At 1:45 a.m. we were kicked out to close the bar. My friends in the toilet, he didn't even give us time to wait for him. Obligation to put our glasses in plastic glasses to drink them outside like a common drunk. It's incredible that to take orders until the last moment it's ok to collect the money to get kicked out 5 minutes later. The staff is aggressive and insistent on kicking us out. Little reflection from the “bouncer” who actually lives up to his name “I have a life so outside” sir, if you are in such a hurry to get on with your life, you should not work in a bar that normally closes at 2 a.m. Not to mention the young clientele who have barely reached the age of majority and are still not sure. Where is Le Wallace, famous for Toulouse evenings? The Wallace has changed a lot.

08/09/2024: The service was very pleasant and the food very good. The only downside that we could find is the fact that the cooking of the meats was not respected because they were overcooked. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying our dishes. If you want to have a drink with friends and also have the option of dinner, this place is perfect 👍

31/08/2024: I'm really disappointed with Dominos, it's not what it used to be. The portions of fries are ridiculously small: barely 15 fries in a tray which costs almost 4€. The Garlic Bread is way too salty, and you can't even taste the garlic. As for the Kebab calzone, it is filled with large pieces of onion that take over the rest. Even the Wings have lost their flavor. Apart from the delivery man who is nice otherwise, it's a big disappointment.

28/08/2024: I've ordered here several times but this will be the last. Order placed on Uber Eats at 7:00 p.m., 1 hour 15 minutes later still nothing received even though it is indicated that at 7:30 p.m. I will have my order. I call the first time at 8:00 p.m. I am told that the delivery man has left and that he will be there in less than 10 minutes, 8:30 p.m. still nothing... I call back and another person tells me EXACTLY the same thing, I explain the situation and still we don't believe you... I'm really disappointed, given the comments over the last few months we should ask ourselves questions.

24/08/2024: À fuir La qualité « Pillon » n’est plus au rendez vous , elle baisse régulièrement ainsi que la fraîcheur depuis leur installation à Castanet tolosan inversement les prix sont en hausses. j’étais une cliente régulière les deux premières années. Ce n’est plus le cas .Chaque nouvel essai s’est soldé par une déception, bref je n’achèterai plus de gâteaux ni de chocolats chez eux
