03/07/2026: Excellent store, ideally located near the metro and bus lines. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of a young Black employee in the deli department. She took the time to leave her section to accompany me to the products I was looking for and help me find my way around some of the aisles. I found this gesture very thoughtful. A big thank you to her for her help and professionalism!

05/07/2026: I recently returned to this restaurant, which I hadn't visited for two years, and was disappointed by the quality, even though it used to be excellent. ✅ The welcome was pleasant, with a smile and friendly service; no complaints there. ✅ The atmosphere was above average, and the setting is still very pleasant. 👎 The service was where things fell apart. We were seated at the same time as other customers, but our table was 30 minutes behind the others. 👎 There was no water on the table when we arrived, even though it was 33 degrees Celsius on the terrace. 👎 The food: €18 for a sausage and cold mashed potatoes (a communication problem between the kitchen and the service staff). The sausage portion was generous, but not excellent for someone from Toulouse used to such a great restaurant. The mashed potatoes were... well, let's just say they were unusable. ✅ The service was pleasant. I think the quality of the establishment is geared more towards tourists intrigued by local specialties than regular customers.

23/05/2026: Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The bubble teas were so full of ice that there was hardly any tea left. As a result, they just tasted like cold water, completely tasteless. The tapioca pearls weren't good either. On top of that, the service was incredibly cold and unwelcoming; we felt like we were bothering them. Considering the price, it's really outrageous. I definitely don't recommend it.
18/05/2026: A very pleasant little break at Café Den. The staff were lovely and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their coffee. I highly recommend it!

12/07/2026: I went there today, Sunday, July 12th, for a coffee for my birthday. I was in a hurry and was served in 15 minutes, even though the café was empty. I was insulted by the waiter and threatened by the owner. I'm filing a complaint today for harassment, intimidation, and threats. Thanks, Florida! Even 25 years ago, when I was a student, we were treated like thugs. Nothing's changed. This bar is a place to avoid. The service is mediocre, the hygiene is questionable, and I've gotten sick several times after eating salads. In short, keep walking and explore the backstreets of the Capitole district to find nicer bars. I would also like to inform you that a health inspection and a DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) inspection will take place before the start of the school year.
12/07/2026: We were a group of eight. Everyone ordered and paid using the QR code on the table. Some orders arrived quickly, others not at all. I had ordered a gourmet coffee, paid online, and received immediate payment confirmation. After waiting an hour without being served, a friend went to the counter to report the missing orders. It was only after this complaint that we were finally served. A few minutes later, a server came to ask us to pay. We calmly explained that everything had already been paid for online and showed him our receipts. We obviously weren't going to pay a second time. He then left. About half an hour later, he returned, visibly annoyed, complaining that some members of our group had already left. This was perfectly normal: everyone had paid online. He then came over to me with a receipt for a "gourmet coffee" for €11.50. I showed him my payment receipt for the same amount. He asked me to zoom in to check the date and time, which I did. Then he asked me why the invoice only showed the amount paid and not the order details... as if I were the one generating the invoices! I still opened a second email containing the order details. He even wanted to take a picture of my screen, then asked the others to do the same. At this point, it was becoming frankly annoying. We felt like we were being treated like fraudsters even though we had all paid. It's not the customer's responsibility to justify the restaurant's organizational errors. If orders had to be re-entered because those placed via QR code weren't processed, that's not our responsibility. If the QR code ordering system isn't reliable, it's better to remove it rather than make the customers bear the consequences. Once a customer presents a valid proof of payment, the discussion should end there.
