12/08/2024: This is recommended by a local friend of mine. I had two scoops on cone, chocolate sorbet and vanilla, with a bulgare yaourt offered as degustation. The chocolate sorbet is filled with chocolate chips, it's really tasty. While bulgare yaourt is actually my favorite among the three! Looking forward to trying more flavors next time.

16/09/2024: Nous sommes trois adultes et un bebe de 1 mois. La patronne nous demande de patienter “quelques minutes”. Trois tables sont libres mais pas encore débarrassées. Nous restons debout en plein soleil, ma fille finit par allaiter son bébé debout … et nous patientons, patientons. Vingt minutes plus tard toujours aucune table débarrassée ! La famille normande (on a eu le temps de discuter !) qui patientait juste derrière nous va voir la patronne et lui fait remarquer qu’une maman allaite son bébé debout en plein soleil et qu’il y a des tables de libre. La femme revient sidérée, la patronne n’en a … rien à faire. Ils décident de partir. Nous restons, ma fille a trop faim pour aller patienter ailleurs. Une serveuse (adorable et très gênée) nous installe enfin. Les galettes sont pauvrement garnies, les garnitures ne sont pas goûteuses et les galettes collent dans l’assiette ! Nous restons calmes, nous sommes heureux de passer cette journée ensemble que personne, même pas cette patronne, ne nous gâchera. Quel établissement laisse une maman allaiter debout sans même proposer une chaise ???!!! La qualité des galettes est très moyenne, l’addition est surestimée, mais la rudesse et le mépris de l’accueil méritent une médaille : celle de la honte absolue ! A fuir.

10/09/2024: Crêpe salée beaucoup trop cuite et qui s’effrite. Peu de places à table. Propreté douteuse. Le restaurant indique prendre les chèques vacances mais au moment de payer ils n’acceptent de ne prendre que la moitié de l’addition en chèques vacances sans se préoccuper de l’impact sur le budget du client. Pratique inadmissible pour moi à l’image des plats très moyens. Je déconseille

25/08/2024: Una cerveza en el momento justo cambia el día. Muy buena atención y una excelente Affligem tirada en medio del bullicio de la Rue Sainte Claire de Annecy. La calle de las compras y del turismo en donde nunca falta el bar. La máxima institución social de Europa no defrauda y en este bar lo honran. Buena atención.

08/12/2024: Endroit sympathique. Mais !!!!!! Trop cher pour ce qu on a mangé, et bu . Service expédié, pas le temps de boire notre apéritif , que le plat arrivait déjà !!!! Ainsi que le dessert , à peine commandé, déjà arrivé . Ce qui veut dire , dessert tout prêt. Ambiance moyenne dû aux serveuses , car aucun relationnel et pousse à la consommation .

27/11/2024: Viande bonne mais plutôt grasse et pas un goût exceptionnel non plus. Sauce que l'on choisit avec sa viande = elles ont toutes la même texture gélatineuse = sauce toute faite Poêlées de légumes de saison = carottes + chou-fleur ! Frites = pas maison Dessert = tout fait Ras le bol de ce genre de resto qui fait qu'à force je n'ai plus envie d'aller au restaurant mais je préfère manger chez moi !

14/12/2024: Brewery in Annecy. Excellent service and welcome. As for the food, it’s a well-made Carr Brasserie. 9 small but tasty oysters. Salmon salad well served. The wines by the glass are perfect (white). A downside, the screens with NRJ12 which only provide background noise and attract the eye. Putting landscape images and soft lounge music would be better.

18/09/2024: I ordered an Old Fashioned here, and it was really excellent! The balance between whiskey, sugar and the little touch of orange was just perfect. Plus, the bar is super well located, with a friendly atmosphere and a beautiful view that makes the experience even more pleasant. I will definitely come back!

29/07/2024: Absolutely unacceptable, I asked for a glass of water for a friend who was not feeling well, the waitress's response: she should not drink so much. I had to insist on having the glass of water. This behavior is shameful.

17/09/2024: Même pas une olive ou 3 cacahuètes pour l’apéro !j’avais un whisky à 20€ ! Avant il y avait des amuses bouche! La lotte recommandé par le chef c’était 3 rondelles cuites à l’eau avec les légumes ! Une honte.

11/09/2024: Highly recommend! We had an excellent evening as a group of 5. Difficult to make a choice, we opted for EXCELLENT tapas to share which could have served as starters as the portions were generous, special mention for the crispy risotto, a delight. For the dishes, the monkfish and octopus delighted us. The service matched the quality of the dishes, server smiling, pleasant, not intrusive, just what was needed. The only downside is that we can only blame Mother Nature, the rain prevented us from enjoying the superb view from the terrace. Having had dinner with my wife last year alone 1 year ago, the change was surprising and very appreciable. We will definitely come back.

11/11/2024: Excellent sunny spot to sit, wonderful coffee and chocolate viennois. The owners are very welcoming and the prices good, we returned several times in a week

19/10/2024: To escape I came to have a coffee in the afternoon and they have the nerve to add 50 cents on all the drinks because it's the afternoon, we will have seen everything we are really walking on the head

11/01/2025: We wanted to judge for ourselves after several bad reviews, and we are frankly very surprised! A pleasant team, efficient service, good products, a warm atmosphere. In short, we recommend the place! Make up your own mind 😊

21/09/2024: Native of Annecy, I was doing my shopping and being thirsty, I went to Roseaux du Lac to drink a syrup with water! The glass of syrup didn't have much taste, was already filled with lake water which was not fresh (although normally they bring us the bottle of water next to it) and this tasteless glass was charged €3.80! Is this normal?

16/09/2024: The Asian salad looked like a mix of leftovers. The green salad was out of date and slimy... when I pointed this out to the waiter he didn't offer any kind of apology. In short, much too expensive and not good despite a beautiful location.

20/08/2024: Mon expérience, malheureusement, a été la pire possible. Le dimanche 18/08/2024, moi, accompagné de ma femme, de sa sœur et de sa fille (sévèrement autiste, 9 ans), je me suis arrêté dans ce restaurant pour déjeuner, la petite était bien identifiée, avec le collier qui informe qu'il y a c'est un handicap invisible là-bas et avec la reconnaissance du handicap, reconnu dans toute la France, mais à ma grande tristesse, la petite a eu un petit moment de crise, bougeant les mains et poussant un cri, je comprends tout et en fait ça me dérange. à l'heure actuelle. Nous nous sommes excusés auprès d'un couple qui se trouvait à proximité, ils étaient gentils. Mais une femme aux cheveux châtain foncé, vêtue d'un uniforme noir, a donné une grande leçon de préjugés, a grossièrement insulté la petite, l'a insultée et maltraitée devant tout le monde, je me suis senti humilié, gêné, honteux. Cet endroit devrait mettre une pancarte avertissant que les personnes ayant un handicap comme celui-ci ne sont pas les bienvenues, mais plutôt une personne monstrueuse et préjugée qui n'a ni respect ni empathie. Je ne le recommande pas et je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet endroit. Elle et le restaurant auraient dû savoir que son attitude fonctionnerait, c'était criminel, humiliant et embarrassant, c'est ce qu'elle nous a fait ressentir, malheureusement je ne le recommande à personne.

20/08/2024: My experience, unfortunately, was the worst possible. On Sunday 08/18/2024, I, accompanied by my husband, my sister and my daughter (severely autistic, 9 years old) stopped at this restaurant for lunch, my daughter was clearly identified, with the necklace which informs that 'there is an invisible disability there and with the finding of disability, recognized throughout France, but to my great sadness, my daughter had a little moment of crisis, moving her hands and letting out a cry, I understand everything It actually bothers me and for the moment. I apologized to a couple who were nearby, they were nice. But a woman with dark brown hair, dressed in a black uniform, gave a big lesson in prejudice, she rudely insulted my daughter, cursed and mistreated my daughter in front of everyone, I felt humiliated, embarrassed, ashamed. This place should put up a sign warning that people with my daughter's disability are not welcome, but would rather have a monstrous, prejudiced person who has no respect or empathy. I do not recommend it and will never set foot in this place again. She and the restaurant should have known her attitude would work, it was criminal, humiliating and embarrassing, that's how I felt as a mother.
