26/07/2026: I popped in briefly to grab two pastries for dessert this evening and couldn't resist the vanilla pecan tartlet. It was amazing! ♡ I'm dying to come back to Annecy to have another one and confirm this 'oumami' of pastry... a delight! On top of that, the staff were so friendly! Please don't stop making this dessert, I'll be back in the winter!!!

14/07/2026: Great ice cream with lots of choice of flavours. I went for the Oreo ice cream and it was delicious.

10/07/2026: A great find, much cheaper and a bit secluded, which is a nice change of pace. We had ice cream cones and crepes; the prices were reasonable and very good.

12/08/2026: The prices are exorbitant. The waiter was unpleasant and unprofessional. No greeting, no smile. We ordered two platters, and he simply replied, "Ah, I don't do that here," in a very rude and haughty tone. The worst waiter I've ever seen... Absolutely no manners!

12/08/2026: We had pizza, which was perfectly reasonable for the price. Friendly staff and a lovely rooftop terrace to sit on.

18/07/2026: Excellent, nothing to complain about, fast service despite the crowd, great atmosphere and very pleasant waiter

15/07/2026: Avoid at all costs!! The welcome was appalling and aggressive. The owner was odious to us, condescending, and immediately assuming that our teenage children who were with us were necessarily delinquents. We were seated outside at dirty, wobbly tables in unbearable heat (the terrace was surrounded by ugly plastic tarpaulins). We left.

24/07/2026: We were a group of friends in Mandelieu for a dance festival, and for a whole week at the beginning of July, this brasserie became our go-to spot. Every evening, we ordered dozens of pizzas to take away: they were always generous, flavorful, and frankly excellent. When we ate in, the portions served at the table were just as substantial, and the staff took excellent care of us from start to finish. We've been loyal customers for years, and after this latest experience, one thing is certain: we'll remain so. A must-visit, both for the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff.

10/07/2026: Nice brasserie, a 10-minute walk from the lake. The service is quick and the staff welcoming. The daily special is good 😊

22/08/2026: The welcome was very warm and friendly, the waitress was very welcoming and offered great advice. The dishes were generous and delicious. I highly recommend it. A great place to eat in Annecy 🥰

19/08/2026: L'APPART, a so-called clandestine restaurant-bar, lives up to its name: you discover it behind a small wooden door tucked away at the end of a staircase. Once inside, the atmosphere is warm and unpretentious, with an equally friendly welcome and much-needed air conditioning! A somewhat hidden gem, unknown to tourists, unpretentious, where you eat well and feel right at home.

19/08/2026: The products are excellent and the waitress was very pleasant. However, the service at the checkout was disappointing. It's quite surprising to have to take the initiative to say hello several times upon entering a shop. At the time of payment, there was no smile, no thank you, and a particularly cold attitude; unfortunately, this isn't the first time. This is all the more regrettable given that the bakery's website uses words like "authenticity" and "quality." Customer service is also part of the overall customer experience. This is an observation, not a criticism. Perhaps you could consider paying a little more attention to this aspect, so that the service reflects the quality of your products.

22/05/2026: I'm always happy to come for my lunch break there or get takeout. The products are fresh, the recipes are healthy and delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Nina is very pleasant and professional, and it's nice to chat with her when she has time and isn't in the lunchtime rush!

29/08/2026: A quiet restaurant with lovely, attentive servers! The food is delicious and homemade. I highly recommend it.

28/08/2026: My grandson (6 years old) and I ate the Savoyard fondue. The texture was awful (it became stringy when we dipped our bread), the flavor was mediocre, and the portion was very small. The owner assured me it was 250g per person, but my grandson ate a few pieces, and I ate bread! The warm goat cheese salad was overpriced for the amount of filling. €30 per person without a starter, dessert, or coffee.

24/12/2025: Mixed experience. We came on a Sunday as a family for lunch while visiting the Christmas market. We ordered the daily special, which was croziflette. Unfortunately, the portions were too small. The adults received the same amount as the children. We left hungry. The children, however, thoroughly enjoyed their meal.
