23/08/2025: Commercial gesture 0! A wasp fell into my glass of Monaco. The bartender scooped it out with a spoon that came out of nowhere and said, "Here you go." I asked him if it was possible to have another one. He said yes, but that I would have to pay him again. Thank you, sir.

18/09/2024: - cocktail SCAM: I think they cut the strong alcohol with water. I had 4 cocktails in the evening, I was surprised not to smell alcohol at all. But I told myself that maybe they were just the right amount. In the 4th I understood that he hadn't actually put any on. I'm 1m50 even after a beer in 25 I'm a little tipsy. There I left as if I had taken glasses of water. And I checked it wasn’t mocktails. We were just taken for pigeons. Same goes for the other people at the table.

- service one chance in two of being served by a pleasant person
- atmosphere way too much noise. But very nice decor.

21/09/2024: Native of Annecy, I was doing my shopping and being thirsty, I went to Roseaux du Lac to drink a syrup with water! The glass of syrup didn't have much
taste, was already filled with lake water which was not fresh (although normally they bring us the bottle of water next to it) and this tasteless glass was charged €3.80! Is this normal?
16/09/2024: The Asian salad looked like a mix of leftovers. The green salad was out of date and slimy... when I pointed this out to the waiter he didn't offer any kind of apology. In short, much too expensive and not good despite a beautiful location.

La lotte recommandé par le chef c’était 3 rondelles cuites à l’eau avec les légumes ! Une honte.
11/09/2024: Highly recommend! We had an excellent evening as a group of 5. Difficult to make a choice, we opted for EXCELLENT tapas to share which could have served as starters as the portions were generous, special mention for the crispy risotto, a delight. For the dishes, the monkfish and octopus delighted us. The service matched the quality of the dishes, server smiling, pleasant, not intrusive, just what was needed. The only downside is that we can only blame Mother Nature, the rain prevented us from enjoying the superb view from the terrace. Having had dinner with my wife last year alone 1 year ago, the change was surprising and very appreciable. We will definitely come back.

14/09/2024: Very unwelcoming and not much memory especially on the change even 50 cents for a cappuccino en.pkus disgusting its lack of consideration and vigor especially before taking a tgv I have been coming to Annecy for years frankly for a breakfast cheaper and better there are better elsewhere too bad now it's yield and money you even have to limit yourself to asking for your change it's sad for the service it's true that the little people don't have wealth they must not have much good luck

03/09/2025: A disgrace!! I ordered a verbena infusion with a slice of lemon. After forgetting the lemon, they came back with the slice and a bill of €0.20!! The prices aren't cheap, but apparently lemon is expensive...

16/09/2024: I ordered products from this brand for a little over €18 on the Uber Eats app. A man calls me, explaining to me that they do not have the products, and that I must cancel my order on the application. Order that the restaurant had already validated, therefore non-refundable! Following this I tried to contact them numerous times, because this problem absolutely does not come from me. If the link between the application and the restaurant's stocks was not made, and the order was validated by the restaurant itself, I don't see how I had a role to play here. I wanted to contact them to obtain an amicable arrangement, such as receiving products arriving at the value of my order given that Uber Eats will do nothing but the restaurant will still receive my money, but of course no one responds . I am very disappointed because it is a brand that I love deeply and from which I order very often, but I am obliged to see that there was a dishonest approach... if the restaurant did not have the products, it should not not validate the order! Or at least answer the phone...
15/09/2024: Fast service, and the upstairs offers a calm and studious atmosphere.
However, there is a downside for the speed of WiFi, which does not allow you to work comfortably...
It's a real shame for a brand that wants to be a competitor to Starbucks.
