02/08/2026: A restaurant of exceptional beauty, both inside and out. The setting is simply magnificent, elegant, and welcoming, making the experience unique from the moment you arrive.
But the most impressive aspect is the cuisine: incredibly original dishes, veritable works of art that delight the eye even before the first bite. Each dish is beautifully presented and demonstrates remarkable creativity and expertise. Aurore welcomes us with great kindness and professionalism. As for Vincent, he always offers excellent advice on wine selection, with a perfect understanding of food and wine pairings. Together, they make a wonderful team in the dining room. Their passion for their craft is contagious, and they know how to share their love of exceptional cuisine.
Once the visuals are satisfied, it's time for the pleasure of the palate: surprising, refined, and perfectly executed flavors. Each bite is a discovery, combining originality, finesse, and balance. A huge congratulations to the entire kitchen team for their exceptional work. This is a must-visit restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend and will continue to spread the word about. I will return with the greatest pleasure. Thank you so much for your attention to every detail and for sharing your passion.

09/09/2024: We stayed 3 nights at the Hôtel du Bois Joli and everything was perfect, a beautiful and large renovated room with a view of the valley, delicious breakfasts and dinners with seasonal and local products. A warm, family atmosphere, we will come back and we highly recommend it.
08/09/2024: 2nd time we came to Bois Jolie (1st time in January with snow), this time in summer and we were not disappointed!
Warm and pleasant welcome, the rooms have been renovated, it's very successful!
We were able to try the outdoor swimming pool which is very nice.
We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant (2nd time too), and it was excellent, faultless, both in terms of taste and dishes offered.
Breakfast is always good and enjoyable.
It’s definitely a good little address to remember if you’re in the area!

Great experience at Bois Joli!
Welcome and attentive service.
The room is very pleasant, cozy, well renovated and offers a view of the mountains.
10 minutes by car from Thollon-les-memises and with hiking trails around.
The restaurant is great, the dishes are sublime; the combination of the different products is perfect, we had a great time!

21/07/2024: Découverte d un restaurant sans prétention, avec terrasse au calme.
Les pizzas sont délicieuses, pâte croustillante et légère. Le reste de la carte est plus ordinaire mais un menu,avec café inclus, pour 17 euros, est exceptionnel et donc,appreciable.
16/07/2024: Je suis venue par hasard en me fiant aux avis mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur des 4,5 étoiles accordés par Google Avis : 2 serveurs venant poser les mêmes questions à 5mn d’intervalle, ils servent en priorité les plats faciles à envoyer donc on a attendu 30mn et certains étaient déjà au café alors qu’on était là avant eux, la cuisine n’est pas exceptionnelle pour 24€ par plat. En effet les frites sont sèches, le tartare de saumons est grossièrement coupé, il y a beaucoup trop de sauce courgette dans les tagliatelles et cela fait soupe, présentation des plats peu raffinée et pour finir, lenteur extrême pour le paiement devant le comptoir. Une fourchette de prix plus appropriée serait la bienvenue.
