12/02/2026: Excellent and original meal, go without hesitation! Very pleasant and welcoming service. The Saint-Émilion was wonderful.
01/02/2026: A small, chic, and very good restaurant; the service was impeccable and the meal perfect! The menu was surprising and the cheese was excellent (Roquefort terrine).
I recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a table at your preferred time.

26/02/2026: A very nice bar 🤩 with stylish, cozy, and contemporary decor 👍🏻 and large sofas or chairs for enjoying a drink in a pleasant setting 😊. I understand you can order pizzas from the hut next to the bar. A pager lets you know when it's ready 👍🏻. There's also a shop upstairs: it all comes together to form a cohesive concept 😉

The atmosphere was quite calm during our visit, but everything is very well managed, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
A big thank you to the waitress—probably the owner's daughter—for her warm welcome, as well as to the young man who was handling the outdoor service, always smiling.
A special mention goes to this young waiter, who was truly very friendly and pleasant: he served us and greatly contributed to our wonderful experience.
We will gladly return this summer, hoping to see the same team again and share another enjoyable moment.
Thank you so much for your hospitality and service!

28/02/2026: What a fantastic restaurant, and what lovely owners and great staff! The food was delicious. We stayed here for three days and can't wait to go back.
It has a truly cozy mountain hut atmosphere and is definitely recommended for a good lunch.

06/03/2026: A huge disappointment for us. We were seated in the conservatory next to a table of 12 very noisy English people, and unfortunately, the food wasn't up to the price either. The rib-eye steak was disappointing, and the ravioli were overcooked, too greasy, and drowning in a heavy sauce. The champagne was on par with a low-end sparkling wine. Only the two charming and understanding waiters took photos of our dishes to show the owner. There were five of us, including a child whose grenadine syrup was charged extra on top of the children's menu. We had an excellent meal last year; what happened in the last year?
05/03/2026: A fantastic meal for five with our friends. We were served by a charming waiter (according to my daughter 😉), thank you to him!
Delicious fondue, succulent meat, and amazing desserts in a warm and inviting setting.

10/03/2026: A unique, family-friendly, and welcoming place. Excellent service. A friendly and professional manager. Authentic and generous cuisine. In short, a must-visit. I highly recommend making a reservation.
P.S.: For raclette, you need to reserve so the restaurant can prepare the equipment. 😉

30/03/2026: I highly recommend both the hotel and the hosts. The couple is as generous in their warm welcome as they are professional. This same positive attitude is reflected in their entire staff, who are extremely discreet and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in both summer and winter.
24/03/2026: We had a very pleasant stay. The owners are exceptionally hospitable, which started right before the reservation, by phone.
The hotel has a great atmosphere; there is a wonderful sauna and an indoor pool, which was lovely to relax in after a day of skiing. The bar is inviting for a drink. The food in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was very tasty and extensive.
As for the rooms; the beds were good, and the bathroom facilities were nice; however, the lighting and windows (opening them slightly for fresh air) could be better.
Nevertheless, we highly recommend this hotel!

29/03/2026: The crepes aren't homemade... They're rubbery crepes that seem to have been reheated.
24/03/2026: We ate there twice. A lovely atmosphere, the waiters were fantastic. 1st night pork belly and lentil dish, second night steak and dauphinois potatoes. Both dishes superb; steak was cooked to perfection as requested. The red wine was top quality even though house wine by carafe.
We will return here again in January 2027, this will be our go to restaurant.

19/03/2026: A room that evokes the warmth of the mountains, a wonderful family running the hotel, with their son in the kitchen offering exceptional quality dishes that will leave you wanting more, a full breakfast served by the lovely Michèle, rooms with balconies, tables and chairs, and pretty bathrooms, very comfortable beds and high-quality linens—care is evident throughout the building. Not to mention the location, away from the village center, a delight for children. A warm and pleasant welcome after a long day of travel. Will we return? Yes, without hesitation! The peace and quiet are perfect, yet only a 10-15 minute walk (without ski boots). The prices are reasonable compared to other resorts in the village. When I read some of the negative comments, I don't understand their negativity. Perhaps they're used to higher standards but don't want to pay the price. We found the price, the welcome, and the quality to be excellent.
13/03/2026: The service I received on the phone was extremely poor; I called at 10 PM to make a reservation. They hung up on me outright.

03/09/2024: Relaxed atmosphere and good French cuisine in this popular restaurant without fuss or manners. Terrace under a sumptuous lime tree with a view of the mountains. Attentive, friendly and professional service. Dish of the day and menu at a very reasonable price.

04/08/2024: L’endroit qui vous attire par l’emplacement, ces différents espaces, sa décoration, la vitrine et les coulisses …. Un charme certain qui s’efface en présence de guêpes, car pas agréable pour tout le monde, de cohabiter avec elles. Et ce qui ne faut surtout pas faire à la montagne : proposer l’assiette du randonneur à 18,50 avec 2 tranches de jambon blanc + 2 tranches de jambon cru + 1 pomme de terre + 1 terrine dans son pot de verre + cornichons. (Jambons qui ressemblent en goût et à la vue au jambon que j’achète à Intermarché au rayon frais.). Pourquoi griller 10 jours de déjeuner et/ou goûter et/ou dîner soit un CA potentiel 500€ minimum pour du jambon basique ?
20/07/2024: Endroit très sympathique, situé en plein centre du village, ce petit restaurant propose le pouvoir déjeuner tranquille au centre sur une petite terrasse très sympa, nous avons pris une tartiflette ce avec une bonne salade. La vinaigrette était splendide. le service parfait, nous avons pas attendu. Cette endroit propose des produits locaux fait maison. Vous trouverez de tout ce qui se fait de bon dans ce pays.

30/08/2024: Fantastic stay at Gai Soleil. The owners are warm and welcoming. Be sure to leave room for their delicious dinner. We enjoyed drinks in their garden bar, perfect for a post hike pick me up. Super comfortable beds. I hope to stay here again one day! Merci pour la visite.
