31/08/2026: While passing through the region, I introduced my daughter to the Martyrs' Village.
It's true we lingered, and well past lunchtime, the Brasserie welcomed us warmly and with smiles.
Nothing to complain about, the service was impeccable.
The staff was very professional.
The cuisine was excellent, featuring superb, top-quality ingredients.
And the icing on the cake: my two-year-old daughter had the children's menu, which is simply enormous and, as always, features surprisingly fresh ingredients. All this was provided by a very dedicated team.
Bravo!
And I'll see you very soon!
30/08/2026: Despite the incredibly busy day, we were served very quickly. The service was excellent, with the waitress taking great care of us. I mustn't forget the kitchen staff either, as we ate very well. I highly recommend it.

10/09/2026: The people were friendly. The food, however, was particularly mediocre. The terrace behind the restaurant was a mess and urgently needs to be cleaned up and renovated.
The value for money was disproportionate.
04/09/2026: Avoid at all costs! The shopkeeper is as mediocre as his cook = you have to read the menu like an insurance policy: we ordered half fries and half green beans (microwaved and practically swimming in water), and Francis added a €1.50 surcharge per plate for extra garnish. How can I put it? If we had ordered one plate with fries and another with green beans, we would have saved €3... Of course, these little extras aren't clearly stated when you order, but only when the bill arrives, when dear Francis shows you his menu and the little notes scattered here and there (€4 for extra cutlery), all pleased with himself... Bravo, Francis!

16/08/2026: Scenario: Impossible to just have a drink because they were busy. Understandable, I guess... even though there were barely four tables occupied.
Okay, fine... I'll have a salad.
After nearly an hour's wait, still no service.
And yet, there were hardly any people there!
In the end, I left without eating.
Not to mention the staff, who were clearly exhausted.
First time I've ever felt compelled to leave a negative review for an establishment!

The pizzas are homemade and delicious, just like the rest of the menu.

Ce fut pour nous une superbe découverte !
