We ate very well, the dishes were beautifully presented.
The welcome was warm, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
A pleasant place where you feel comfortable.
I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

15/03/2026: A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
08/03/2026: My company rented me a triple room through Booking.com for three weekend days. My first disappointment was the long wait for the concierge, who arrived only 15 minutes after I called and texted. Furthermore, the kitchen (on the ground floor) only has one microwave, and it's located behind the bar, in a very inconvenient location. When I needed to get an invoice from the concierge the next day, I had to wait another 20 minutes... My bottom line: if possible, find another place to stay.

04/04/2026: What seemed like it would be a good experience turned into a terrible one.
The dishes listed on the menu aren't served consistently.
The hamburgers should be ground beef, not chicken nuggets in a bun.
The kitchen service is slow.
The dishes are served at odd times.
They completely ignore you if you're not French.
I don't recommend this place.
I won't be back.

21/09/2024: Excellent quality, I had lunch of tomato brunoise with fresh cheese and arugula pesto, and beef fillet, shallot sauce with red port and large homemade fries, truly an exceptional meal, excellent 👌
16/09/2024: Impeccable welcome and service, a young, dynamic and smiling team.
Very good cuisine with perfect presentation.
The desserts are very beautiful but lack flavor such as chocolate or cake bases.
Overall a good experience which could be improved by the pastry chef

16/08/2024: La localización está muy bien, una plaza amplia donde no te pasa la gente al lado de la mesa como en la mayoría de los bares/restaurantes de Lourdes, la cerveza bien, una de las 2 camareras ni te mira, la otra vino a atender con la terraza casi vacía a los 20 minutos de llegar. Es verdad que estamos de vacaciones, pero tenemos sed.
11/08/2024: Well located restaurant, pleasant atmosphere but the taste is not there. Very bland garnish with tough meat and above all tasteless. We were served burnt, inedible fries. And even the so-called artisanal ice creams had no flavor. There were really 4 of us and we were all disappointed... We regret Louisette.

17/09/2024: Nous avons manger deux soirs de suite et aucun soucis ….par contre ce soir pas de chips à l’apéro 4,20 la suze pas de pain ….l’assiette spaghetti bolognaise un peu radin sur la quantité …..les wc pas propre ….merci pour la belle table sur la terrasse ….le personnel est très sympa et très gentil….dommage pour notre dernière soirée pas top …..mardi 17 septembre on sort du resto

05/04/2026: Very nice establishment, restaurant with terrace and top-notch service.
14/12/2025: Staff who don't speak French, elevator practically inaccessible, buffet always empty, so you have to queue again, room not great, poorly furnished. The light bulbs were burned out, the TV didn't work. It's really far from being a 4-star hotel. A measly 3 stars.

16/08/2024: Posto angusto . Cibo medio-basso. Luogo che mi dava l’impressione di poco pulito.
Il piatto di mia figlia era rotto e mezzo sporco. (Come si fa a portare un piatto simile?) Prezzi troppo alti per quello che fanno da mangiare.
Forse va bene solo per sedersi a bere una birra

25/09/2024: The room, the bedding, the bathroom are top notch.
Too much waiting time at the 2 small elevators which are insufficient in number and size given the number of rooms.
The breakfast buffet and the evening meal buffet are of poor quality considering the price.
Friendly staff.
27/08/2024: Old hotel, location is excellent, old rooms, lighting suddenly fails, I had a paranormal experience there...
