During my visit, the staff present were unpleasant and unprofessional, lacking courtesy and consideration for customers. The table I wished to use was dirty, and when I politely asked for it to be cleaned, the response was condescending, justified by the establishment's supposed "imminent closure," even though other customers were still present and the dining room was not properly prepared. I would like to point out that this behavior does not appear to be an isolated incident: several online reviews mention similar incidents, some even stating that an employee shouted at a customer. This confirms that the problem is recurring and documented, and not a one-off occurrence. Respectful and professional service is the minimum expected in an establishment such as yours. Experiencing this type of behavior as a customer directly damages your establishment's image and cannot be tolerated.
