I've known this place for about twelve years, having lunch there periodically (a few weeks every few years), and the value for money is always excellent.
It's generally best to go before 12:30 pm, otherwise it gets crowded... and for good reason.
The daily specials are varied, well-presented, often colorful, and make you hungry. The food is well-cooked and the portions are just right (the croque monsieur/madame is even too generous).
The starters are good, as are the desserts, which are clearly homemade and offered at reasonable prices of 5 euros.
The manager and servers often have a kind word to greet customers (many are regulars), even during or at the end of the meal, despite the crowds. There's a real brasserie atmosphere, and you can feel their commitment to doing things well. Many Parisian establishments offer unoriginal, poorly presented, undercooked dishes that are significantly more expensive
than this brasserie Les Marronniers in Sèvres, which should be taken as a model.

05/03/2025: I reiterate my pleasure in praising this delightful, welcoming, and warm restaurant! The dishes are generous, fresh, homemade, and delicious; the service is impeccable; and the value for money is unbeatable. We had a (very) hard time leaving Bruno and Charlotte, who have been running this legendary restaurant for 18 years. See you very soon, and thank you again for this magical moment.

14/03/2026: Looks good on the outside and downstairs.
The rooms are outdated. Airco does not work well. Not even a bottle of water.
11/03/2026: Two nights booked for a business trip.
I was assigned room 208, next to an electrical panel.
The first night was awful, with a constant buzzing and vibrations.
The next morning, I reported the problem to reception, indicating that I wanted to change rooms. The receptionist assured me that everything would be taken care of, that I would be given an available room on the 3rd floor, and that I would simply need to pick up my key in the afternoon to move into my new room.
At the end of the day, I went to reception to collect my key, and I was told that the manager had acknowledged the problem, that everything was resolved, and that they had therefore not changed my room. Extremely surprised, I went up to my room: the situation was exactly the same.
I went back down to reception and asked the receptionist to come up with me to see the problem for myself. His words: “You’re absolutely right, the noise is very unpleasant and disturbing, but unfortunately, at this hour, I don’t have any rooms available…”. The second night was just as awful.
When I returned my key, I was asked if my stay had been satisfactory: no information had been left regarding my dissatisfaction and the situation I encountered.
I think customer service is nonexistent and that the position of manager seems to be accessible to just about anyone these days. The only objective seems to be filling the hotel, without any regard for repeat customers.
The way I was treated is unacceptable, and the quality of the rooms is unfortunately in line with the level of consideration given to guests at this hotel.

17/09/2025: Super good food! 2 super nice brothers! We go there very regularly and every time we enjoy it. Very warm atmosphere, village square style. I recommend it

PS: Special shout-out to the grumpy hipsters and boomers in the reviews. It's perfect if you don't like it, that way we won't see you there 👍

22/06/2024: Très bonnes galettes salées, servies avec une petite salade dans l'assiette et suffisamment copieuses. Les crêpes sucrées sont un délice. Large choix. Service chaleureux et efficace. Petite crêperie, pas trop bruyante. Terrasse sympa. Tarifs raisonnables pour le secteur. Je vous recommande cette adresse.
