26/04/2026: Well, this was a truly bizarre experience.
This place tries to project an air of "chic," a bit of a bourgeois bohemian, but never actually follows through. The welcome was vague, the explanations nonexistent: at no point did anyone mention that I was there for brunch. I thought I was ordering a regular menu, so I paid without hesitation… (€75) and then I discovered that no, it was actually a pseudo-brunch with only 5 or 6 measly choices on the menu.
First of all, they need to make up their minds about the concept.
But the worst part is the quality. It's clearly low-end frozen food, tasteless, lacking any effort, with no respect for the customer. Honestly, even if you've been through some tough times, at some point you have standards… and this place is nowhere near them.
The result: I ate nothing. Literally nothing. Everything went in the bin! Yes, I have photos if anyone doubts it.
Paying to throw away food, that's quite a concept.
In short, Aqua gives the impression of wanting to play with the big boys, but it's clearly a fake. All show, no substance.
Avoid it, unless you enjoy paying for nothing.

05/04/2026: We went to dinner a month ago, very disappointed, very poor menu and moreover a dessert (pear with prunes, the pear was hard, still frozen or uncooked) I will never go back.
05/04/2026: The aperitif arrived at the same time as the appetizers. The bottle of water never arrived. The coffee arrived before dessert. A dropped French fry remained on the table throughout the meal… The waitress apologized four times, in a detached and indifferent tone.
This whole experience falls short of the restaurant's claim to be the best in Suresnes, as displayed on the menu. Live up to expectations, or delete this review…

15/04/2026: Very well located near Longchamp. Quick access to public transport. Quiet street. Very welcoming and attentive staff. We were given a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard (upgrade). Generous breakfast. Note that the parking lot is very small and has a very narrow entrance, but apparently there is another covered parking lot very close to the hotel.
12/04/2026: I called the hotel well before my reservation to ask if we could eat if we arrived at 10 pm. They told me there wouldn't be any problem, that the restaurant closed at 10:30 pm, and that I could order until 10:30 pm. However, when I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, they refused to serve me because the kitchen was about to close. This was really unkind after a 4-hour train journey; I had taken the time to ask beforehand to anticipate the problem.

20/04/2026: Impeccable service from start to finish! The welcome was warm, the service quick and efficient, and the food delicious. Everything was done to make you feel comfortable. A special mention to Yohan for his courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail. A very pleasant experience that I highly recommend!

Cocktail was prepared not with passion fruit, but with syrup ((( it was too much sweet, like half a kilo of sugar(((

Breakfast more expensive than in Passy! (€10 extra for fried eggs, what's going on?! A burger with chicken, a little sauce, and frozen fries for €20!! The quality is nowhere near what you'd expect for the price!!)
08/04/2026: Pleasantly surprised by the new owners and staff. Kind, friendly, and efficient! A welcome change from the old team :)
