13/08/2026: Visited on August 20, 2022. The bistro and the gourmet restaurant had just opened. We were able to enjoy the terrace and the space overlooking the Corot ponds while sipping juice and savoring a lemon and fresh raspberry Pavlova. We also had the opportunity to tour the premises. Simply magnificent, sumptuous, splendid. It's nothing like the austere place it was before the renovations. The decor is trendy, refined, chic, and modern. Now we want to come back regularly to enjoy this calm, soothing, and magical place, which wasn't necessarily the case before… We can't wait to dine there, either at the bistro or the Michelin-starred restaurant…

31/08/2026: A huge thank you for hosting our group of 12 for our birthday celebration! 🎉 The live music on Friday created a wonderful atmosphere, and the cake was superb—a truly beautiful memory. Thank you for accommodating our large gathering for this special occasion!
