26/03/2024: Reception staff and setting at the top...the oysters are excellent, 11 dozen ordered from Friday to Sunday.
Small downside on the 3 oysters, ginger, grapefruit and the mussels, peppers and onions.

This is the first time I've gone to a restaurant to have a feast of oysters and sea snails accompanied by a good organic white wine from the region... without fries or other condiments that could have disrupted these flavors.
Casez magnificent breathtaking view.

09/05/2024: Catastrophic! There has definitely been a change of ownership, nothing to do with the warm welcome of the past.
Absolutely avoid! If I could have given zero stars I would have done so.
16/04/2024: Sunny day in April, meal on the terrace, by the pond, facing Sète.
Very helpful and pleasant staff. We enjoyed the gourmet cuisine offered 👍🏻🌞
