27/03/2024: First time for us in a starred establishment, plus how lucky we were, a second 🌟🌟 which has just been awarded to you and very deserved. Your establishment was recommended to us by my cousin, one of your professional acquaintances (Sylvain Gasdon in Orsay) and my son who is in BTS cooking at the Faculty of Trades who had the chance to come and do a cooking workshop with you. A superb moment that took my partner and me on a journey. A delicate cuisine, with a lot of finesse, the taste buds are awakened all this with seasonal and local cuisine. And a splendid setting. 27/03/2024: Great discovery! We had asked for a quiet little corner because we had a hearing-impaired guest, without knowing us they accepted. Another guest arrived late, no comment from the staff, really super understanding. Super good food, choice, very friendly staff and impeccable quality/price ratio! The goat cheese burger is so good! Thank you for everything! We keep the address for our visits around Rennes.

31/03/2024: Very disappointing: we took a fillet of julienne a la plancha: what a disappointment to see that it was not a fillet but a steak (surprising for supposedly julienne) put on the griddle frozen, it was not served cooked to us in the oil it has no taste and we paid more than nine euros. The vegetables carrots and cauliflower were not cooked The fries are frozen. Nothing is fresh We do not recommend this cafeteria We didn't have a good time it wasn't good and we paid more than 30 euros for two and the worst thing is that at the checkout we are offered a free coffee if we give 5 stars it's abused 5 stars for eating m……
