17/09/2026: Easily the best lunch we had in Bretagne. €15 lunch menu with a “croque” (with interesting ingredients like calamari or caramelised onions), soup and amazing salad with lentils and great vinaigrette was so worth it and put us back on our bikes with good energy. Our waitress was also really kind. Highly recommend this place!

16/09/2026: Outstanding and very friendly service. We ordered tomato soup and duck salad and it was tender and simply delicious! We couldn't be happier with our lunch. We ended our perfect meal with a fragrant decaf espresso.

The presentation of the dishes was elegant, and the portions were exquisite and generous! A chance to experience something out of the ordinary at a reasonable price.

We had a wonderful time, discovering exquisite, high-quality dishes with beautiful presentation. Excellent value for money, with generous portions to boot. The welcome and service were provided by a smiling, dynamic, and friendly duo.

The welcome is always warm, with a truly friendly, family atmosphere that makes all the difference. You immediately feel at home. It's become a must-visit for us. 13/09/2026: The welcome, service, and food were all top-notch! A great selection of appetizers, main courses, desserts, and wines!!! A slightly less favorite thing (personal opinion): Today's new feature was the cooking of the vegetables until they were crisp (no choice of how they were cooked). 15/09/2026: Fougères has "ITS BISTRO"! A friendly place. The owner, a true pro at good food, knows how to make you want to try his creations. The very attentive waiter can tell you all about your meal. A place where many celebrities who have come to perform in the theater have left photo mementos that cover a wall upstairs. We enjoyed it twice during our week-long holiday. Thank you for your welcome!!!! A MUST-TRY!!!!

04/09/2026: A very atmospheric bistro. There was a small ground floor dining area and space upstairs for about 30 diners. The ground floor area was full so we were guided upstairs. The stairs were narrow and not suitable for disabled but we had no trouble. The waiter was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us decide. He told us they had a max of 30 customers at any one time because it allows them to concentrate on service and quality of food. The food was very tasty, the best burger in a long time. We met the chef / owner as we left. What a nice man, very pleasant. A lovely place to eat.
