The entrance is chaotic, people don't respect the queues, and groups cut in line for those who have been waiting for over 30 minutes without anyone informing them of the number of available spaces. Furthermore, there are no reservations. The service is appalling, very "French-style"! I strongly advise against going there! It's unacceptable! And the employee is completely useless!

Your website gives the impression that the boat trip is on a traditional flat-bottomed boat and that the dinner meal is served on a modern flat-bottomed boat, which is not true. Your website makes no mention whatsoever of any differences in the route due to the water level. Your website states "right under the arches and even beyond," accompanied by attractive photos. I apologize, but your website is misleading, and as a professional, you are obligated to be transparent, to provide advice, and to clearly describe any variations or changes that may occur.
