07/08/2026: A wonderful experience at La Table des Halles. The menu is concise, but the starters, main courses, and desserts are original and well-prepared. We had a lovely time in Sainte-Maure, and the service was very pleasant!

Wait time: very reasonable; they even asked if we had a specific time to arrive.
Meal: every dish we tried was excellent!
Price: incredibly competitive, €25 for a starter, main course, and dessert of this quality—I haven't found anything comparable.
A wonderful experience!
We'll definitely be back!

Both times we enjoyed the delicious food and the excellent service; he was a truly lovely person. If you're looking for a great time as a couple, with family, or with friends, I highly recommend it. 🙃

28/05/2026: The room was a bit dated on my first stay, but fantastic on my second. In any case, congratulations to the hotel for the quality of the welcome, the service, and the restaurant. I highly recommend it.
21/05/2026: On our way back from Gironde to Yvelines along the main road, we stopped at this restaurant by chance, one of the very few open on a Monday along that route. We had a very good lunch there, with a starter, a main course, and a coffee for under €20 per person. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The welcome and service, provided by the same person, were very professional and friendly, and the portions were quite generous. Frankly, a great stop, especially on a Monday when many restaurants are closed, not to mention that there are very few along this main road.
