(avec une smatbox), de bons produits, de qualité, personnel très disponible et accueillant, avons très bien mangé
06/08/2024: A small restaurant that doesn't look like much at first glance, but the cuisine is always excellent and original. I eat there when I go to Tours to visit my grandmother, so usually in the summer.
We are very well received there, the atmosphere is relaxed and we immediately feel very comfortable.
I also recommend this restaurant to wine lovers, because the owner makes a point of carefully choosing the ones he offers in his establishment. So he will be able to perfectly advise you on the ideal wine to accompany your dish and you can even buy a few bottles to give as a gift or to take home.
If you go there outside of school holidays I think it is better to book, especially in the evening.

01/09/2024: Sunday, September 1, 9:35 a.m.: the queue is already quite long. It’s 9:53 a.m. now: 18 minutes to be served is almost a hostage situation! Feuillette is beautiful, good without a doubt but it cannot be a pretext to make customers wait so much. The service does its best but there is a problem. "Politte something other than a bakery" an experience to forget for me.

25/10/2023: Impatient to discover this restaurant, I reserved a table for 2 people on Google this morning. I received an email from the restaurant in the afternoon confirming my reservation... What a disappointment to find the door closed 😢. Obviously the establishment is closed and has been for several weeks already.
This notice is intended to warn you if you try the experience of booking online.
11/09/2023: To celebrate an occasion, I had reserved a table for 5 on the evening of September 9, reservation made and confirmed on August 18. We had the unpleasant surprise of coming across a closed restaurant... Not very cool, don't you think that the least polite thing would have been to warn? It's not easy to turn around on a Saturday evening at 8:30 p.m....

C’est abuser de vendre des baguettes comme ça . Même à carrefour elle sont meilleur

09/09/2024: Still disappointed with the quantities of ingredients in the sandwiches. I'm still hungry despite the formula and I'm not a big eater.
Too bad we feel the profit side rather than the pleasure for the customer

06/09/2024: Order paid online for delivery but the delivery man never came.
Manager who attacks us on the phone and calls us thieves when we just want to get back the pizzas we had paid for.
Worst customer experience, to avoid.
06/09/2024: The delivery man didn't bother to come and ring the doorbell. When we call for information on the delivery, there is verbal aggression from the manager.
We were forced to come get our pizzas ourselves, being insulted in the process. We enjoyed our cold pizzas.
