06/12/2024: Too bad you can't give me a 0/5. I have rarely seen this in fast food even abroad. How can you miss cooking a Dominos pizza? I plan to pay extra for the delivery but the delivery man has no notes other than cents. I order from the app but it's my fault according to the manager, I should have told the delivery man how much he had to take and who maybe even knows how to fill out his pay slip. HONTEUX from HONTEUX. The manager's solution? Give him €50 and he brings me the change later, that’s obvious. Welcome to France in 2024. Avoid at all costs, horrible customer experience because of course for a service of this quality you will have to wait 1 hour.

15/09/2024: If you like to play 'guess what's on your plate', this restaurant is for you! We asked for a burger without onions…it arrived with onions. No problem, sent back to the kitchen! They kindly scraped the onions off the steak and sent it all back...with a few leftover onions, for the nostalgic side, no doubt. Second attempt? Jackpot! A bonus slice of cheddar and... fresh onions, as if we could never have enough! Fortunately, the waiter was friendly, too bad his colleague didn't take the same communication course.
20/08/2024: We sat outside and ordered coffee. Three different waiters approached us to order. After almost 15 minutes we left without coffee, very bad service.

01/09/2024: Absolutely fantastic meal, I cannot stress enough how tasty everything we ordered was. I tried the camembert to start which simply melted in the mouth, and same goes for the duck thigh. The snails were delicious too, and service was wonderful. Incredible food that makes the restaurant deserve to be packed every night!!
01/09/2024: Excellent location, punctual and kind service, very quick. Simple but tasty dishes, we tried some well-known classics and we were not disappointed, on the contrary: the dishes were well prepared. A bit of a touristy environment but the whole historic center is like that.

21/10/2024: Congratulations to Feuillette for the gift given for our anniversary. It’s a very nice commercial gesture.
Accustomed to Feuillette St Cyr sur Loire, I was at Feuillette Tours Nord for the second time... The welcome there was much more pleasant than 5 months ago, and that is a positive point.
On the other hand, the individual caramelized flaky brioches underneath are clearly less good and much drier than in the other pastry shop... too bad... I thought the recipes were identical in all your stores...??
19/10/2024: Very well received service does not make you wait once a day I meet my former work colleagues the only complaint is that I will put too much flour on the bread but that does not prevent it from tasting

06/08/2024: A small restaurant that doesn't look like much at first glance, but the cuisine is always excellent and original. I eat there when I go to Tours to visit my grandmother, so usually in the summer.
We are very well received there, the atmosphere is relaxed and we immediately feel very comfortable.
I also recommend this restaurant to wine lovers, because the owner makes a point of carefully choosing the ones he offers in his establishment. So he will be able to perfectly advise you on the ideal wine to accompany your dish and you can even buy a few bottles to give as a gift or to take home.
If you go there outside of school holidays I think it is better to book, especially in the evening.

18/10/2024: The friendliness of the salespeople was as good as the quality of their products, that is to say, chi3r! They told me the formula was €10.50, telling me everything I was entitled to and in the end I found myself paying more because there was actually a supplement. One of the salespeople was so happy to work in this store that she yelled at me while I was choosing the right drink because I crossed an invisible line that "customers are not allowed to cross"...what a horror!

27/12/2023: Very nice experience in this establishment located in the quiet of a small pedestrian street in Old Tours. Good products and a warm welcome from the boss who does not hesitate to share his knowledge. The trilogies of wines offered are perfect. Little more access to a pretty cellar where you can choose your bottle! The menu is affordable in terms of price, we had a good time. Thanks again .
