05/05/2024: Wow! 1st star discovery which was a complete success. A 7-course menu for a taste journey with food and wine pairings, everything was in harmony. It was a treat from the assortment of appetizers to desserts. Excellent combinations of tastes and textures, well measured, flavors much appreciated. The opportunity to taste differently and appreciate products usually little loved and here sublimated. A meal of local products and short circuits, a “responsible” menu using the maximum of each vegetable and transforming the bread to avoid food waste: bravo for these values ​​introduced in the kitchen. Excellent welcome and service with perfect explanations of the dishes by the cooks (original and appreciable) The setting is superb, the dishes magnificent, very pretty wooden tables and a soft musical atmosphere.
