13/12/2024: We stayed at this hotel as a couple and arrived late. The restaurant is permanently closed and only serves microwave meals. The disabled room is very far from the entrance. All quite mediocre. A plus is the extremely friendly staff who are extremely helpful. The lady behind the reception desk was especially friendly and professional.

23/11/2024: Well located and easy to access Clean and very quiet establishment Hearty continental breakfast with many organic products. Scrambled eggs and grilled bacon are really killer 🤪

20/03/2026: The reception staff didn't inform me at check-in that the heating was out. When I went to see them, they told me they were waiting for a technician. Then, a few hours later, they half-heartedly admitted that the heating had actually been out for two days. While it's understandable that a boiler can break down, it's unacceptable for a hotel to fail to inform its guests and offer no alternative to spending the night in a room at 12°C! I obviously left, and they didn't even offer me a refund. Appalling!

16/03/2026: Spotlessly clean and lovely staff. Slightly random in the way it was run and organised but a nice place to stay in Blois. I sense it has changed hands and would probably benefit from more hands-on management, but I may be wrong.
