16/05/2026: Excellent food, impeccable service, special mention to the owner who provides a warm welcome and very helpful advice. The background music is soft and doesn't overpower the conversation, creating a lovely atmosphere.
Highly recommended!

La Cabane du Trappeur

21/04/2026: I was already used to eating poutine at business meetings, but this time I introduced this Canadian dish to my daughter, who enjoyed it. Thank you.
16/04/2026: A change of scenery. A very nice Quebecois restaurant. They serve poutine, a savory dish worth discovering.

Le Relais de la Tour
La Chaussee-Saint-Victor
06/06/2026: Exceptional service in a remarkable setting – that's how I would sum up our guest experience! The owner is charming, cultured, and delightful, with exceptional service and wonderful little touches. The restaurant lives up to this, with the added bonus of high-quality dishes, a diverse menu, beautiful presentation, and elegant décor. The same can be said for the accommodation, which exudes tradition and bygone values – everything that allows Parisian city dwellers like us to escape. If you're looking for an experience different from the usual high-end hotel fare, don't hesitate to visit the Relais de la Tour, chat with the owner, explore the beautiful Sologne region, and sample the restaurant, whose chef is also the owner.
A must-visit!
31/05/2026: We stayed two nights at the Relais de la Tour, a charming and authentic hotel. However, we couldn't sleep because there was no way to regulate the room temperature, which was unbearably high, even after a significant drop in temperature on the second night. Buoyed by PSG's second consecutive Champions League victory, we arrived at the Relais for a drink on Saturday evening, which was served by the owner. If I had been informed beforehand of the drink prices (€12 for a Get 27), I would have immediately returned to my sweltering room.
