13/06/2026: Nice restaurant, a bit pricey (€60 for 3 savory buckwheat crepes and 3 sweet crepes, 2 adults and 1 child), but the savory crepes were quite generous and tasty.

09/06/2026: A truly great place! We came for a weekend at Beauval Zoo and celebrated my mother's birthday at this restaurant. Having been told about it, they took care of everything—cake, etc.—and were incredibly kind. And the food? Delicious!! Excellent local produce 😍. The service, provided by Jennifer, was absolutely lovely, with a touch of humor that we really appreciated. Thank you! 😁

12/06/2026: Passing through Saint Aignan to visit the castles. Very warm welcome, perfect menu, I recommend this restaurant overlooking the Cher river.
08/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome at this roadside restaurant with parking opposite along the road, or further on, 50 meters away.
The food was excellent and reasonably priced. For four people, including a beer each, a bottle of Chinon wine, and a full three-course meal (starter, main course, dessert), we had a meal for €37 per person. Definitely worth a stop.

14/06/2026: We came yesterday, and it was far too hot in the dining room! The tartares were spicy, with way too much seasoning. The burger wasn't great either.
However, the desserts and the appetizer were very good. The waitress' gesture of goodwill towards our disappointment with the tartares was much appreciated (a complimentary coffee).
We still had a pleasant experience.
04/06/2026: We went there by chance. And it was a lucky find! A superb, very friendly place. And the food? The sirloin steak was excellent. The andouillette sausage was succulent, and my husband had the steak tartare twice, on Wednesday and Thursday. The desserts were absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly attentive. We highly recommend it.

Place renovated and clean overall (presence of nebula bugs to report anyway.
Breakfast with little choice.
31/03/2024: No sound insulation, we were able to enjoy the neighbor's telephone conversation in the evening and be woken up in the early morning by all her comings and goings.
Musty smell in the room and dirty floor
Shower with cold water
Paid parking but very poorly arranged
Price paid 160€ per night this establishment is not even worth half of it
They happily abuse their proximity to the zoo.
To summarize, an establishment to avoid!

09/11/2024: We would like to find the location of the restaurant, is it inside the park?
07/11/2024: A shame to offer such dishes.
The starters can go and the same goes for the cheese and dessert part.
On the other hand, the dishes are really very low-end, nothing is homemade.
Everything is industrial but really in economic mode. On the other hand, the price remains high.
Even the children's menu leaves something to be desired: breaded chicken and fries. We really need to realize that we can’t just do that to our children!

14/09/2024: Déçu... Pour 26€ par personne, la qualité est digne d'une cantine scolaire. Si vous aimez les frites et les desserts surgelés, ce buffet sera parfait pour vous.
26/08/2024: Nous avons réservé 1 table pour 4 personnes. Les 2 files avançait plus bien en même temps. Vaut mieux réservé quand même sinon vous êtes pas prioritaire. Au niveau des plats il y avait pas mal de choix et toujours remplis au fur et mesure. Pour un buffet à volonté dans un zoo, on a trouvé ça correct. Ce qu'il se plaint je penses que c'est les petits bobos 😅

31/07/2024: Bonne soirée : bon dîner, bonne ambiance, patrons aimables, repas copieux, bon rapport qualité prix.
On recommande ce lieu convivial.
20/05/2024: Petite brasserie sympa, patron très sympathique, repas simple mais très bon.
En plus ce qui est de plus en plus rare les animaux sont acceptés et une gamelle d eau leur ai proposé.
