24/08/2023: Very disappointed… The setting being nice, in a beautiful hotel, we expected a much better service… When I asked a waiter for directions to the toilets, he replied "I don't have time there" and left me stranded in the middle of the garden... When we wanted to ask for mustard, we signaled the waitress to come to our table, she didn't even move towards us, but asked us shouting across the garden "what is this what you need", you would have thought you were at the market... Not to mention the club sandwiches which came straight out of a fridge, we don't know how long they were made, the same goes for the fries, which are largely reminiscent of frozen... For such an establishment, I largely cancel. I was warned...

23/08/2023: Dinner this Wednesday, August 23 at your establishment. I put one star because I can't give zero. Where to start ? First of all, I had supposedly booked for the Wednesday evening buffet but when I got there, I was told that this service was not possible and that it would be the à la carte menu. The complete opposite of what was said to me on the phone and on your website. Once seated at the table, there is a long wait to order... We love the plate with melted butter and bread. I opted for the 60€ menu including 3 courses. Honestly, it's the equivalent of a canteen meal. No presentation on the plate, the main course is cold. We had to ask for and therefore wait for a new hot dish and nothing more. We are brought a cold sauce and when I ask what the sauce is, the waitress is unable to tell me. The wine is served in your glasses like a carafe of water. No tablecloths on the tables. You have to ask for it to be cleaned if you want to eat your dessert “clean”. Beginner service, approximate and hesitant. Above all, don't ask the staff about the dishes, they won't be able to answer you. There is standing in name only. Low-end restaurant, terrible staff. I made my comments during the bill, a commercial gesture was made, that's the least that could be done. I do not recommend your establishment at all if you are looking for a refined meal and quality service. Even at Courtepaille the service is more professional.
