08/10/2026: The setting was very pleasant and really nice, and the service was impeccable. However, we were surprised and a little disappointed with the quality of the food. It is clearly stated that everything is homemade on-site, but this didn't seem to be the case for all the dishes. In any case, the food wasn't great value for money.

08/10/2026: A very good crêperie; we ate very well and the waiter was really friendly.
However, a major disappointment occurred when we paid. The person who took our payment, who I believe was the owner, made several comments about my mother paying, about me still living with my parents at my age, even going so far as to refer to me as "Tanguy."
These kinds of personal remarks have absolutely no place in a customer relationship. You don't know the people you're dealing with, their situation, or their life choices. Making these kinds of judgments without knowing anything about the customers' lives demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism.
It's all the more unfortunate because the food was very good and the waiter was very pleasant. It's a shame that the cashier's attitude marred what could have been a very positive experience.

Highly recommended.
19/07/2025: It's best to make a reservation. Two menus are offered.
The cuisine is refined and excellent.
And let's not forget to mention the welcoming and professional staff.

Impeccable service, attentive and very professional waiters. A very pleasant young woman on the terrace; we returned with friends the following week and enjoyed it just as much. Peaceful location on the banks of the Loire.
21/09/2026: We had a lovely time at this restaurant, ideally located overlooking the Loire. The cuisine was varied and refined, the service impeccable and friendly – all in all, a restaurant where you feel right at home.
We highly recommend it.

02/10/2026: Nice setting on the banks of the Loire in Trentemoult. We ordered the Nantes-style mussels: unfortunately, the mussels were tiny (some barely the size of a grain of rice) and a significant number were closed, therefore inedible.
To make matters worse, the potato truffade was incredibly salty; I've never seen anything like it, simply inedible. And to top it all off, the waitress was rather aggressive.
30/09/2026: A real old-fashioned bistro, good traditional cuisine, vintage decor with old objects from the 70s and a very friendly welcome! :)

14/07/2026: Hello, we came around noon on July 14th and ordered two Caesar wraps and two pastries. The wraps were a bit small for the price, but very tasty. The pastries weren't anything special, probably not fresh (defrosted the day before, most likely).
The most annoying thing was the almost empty dining area. The staff seemed completely unresponsive (four of them were chatting in a circle behind the counter), yet not a single clean table! We spent about 35 minutes there and nothing happened. When we left, we clearly said "goodbye," but they were so engrossed in their fascinating conversation that they didn't respond. Perhaps they were having a day without a manager, but a little reprimand would be appreciated.

They forgot to ask if I wanted a hot or cold slice and forgot to charge me for the baguette initially.

31/08/2026: The set menu, apart from the dessert, is quite decent. Avoid the "café gourmand": expensive, poorly presented, tasteless, or simply a failure (dry brownie, various unidentifiable mousses). Despite the smiles, the service remains chaotic.

The beef fillet was excellent, perfectly cooked and incredibly tender.
The homemade chocolate mousse was perfect.
We were just passing through, but we would definitely eat here again!

01/08/2026: Just passing through, I thought it might be okay... Everything has already been said about the rooms, the overflowing bins outside, the dirty and poorly maintained common areas, and the mess at reception. On the other hand, the staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent, a bit pricey admittedly, but very generous. There's no air conditioning, so it's obvious that it's hot in July, with ferocious mosquitoes... What's unacceptable is the restaurant's closure, which isn't mentioned at all, quite the opposite, on the booking website...
21/07/2026: A very bad experience at this hotel.
We stayed there during a heatwave, and there was no air conditioning in the room. The heat was unbearable, and despite our request, the staff refused to lend us a fan. Their only response was that renovations were planned soon. This might be a good thing for the future, but in the meantime, solutions should be found for current guests.
The room was very dirty upon arrival, with insects infesting it. There was also rust in the bottom of the bathtub, which was very slippery, giving the impression of neglect. The bed was very uncomfortable, which only made our stay worse.
The hotel is located right next to the Leroy Merlin landfill, which is already quite unpleasant. The most shocking thing was seeing a rat right in front of the hotel entrance.
Given all these problems, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. It is very disappointing to pay for a room under these conditions, especially during periods of intense heat when a minimum level of comfort is expected.
