15/05/2026: Reservation for 6 people on a Friday evening. We waited a long time before our order was taken. Once it was, our dishes were served cold and not cooked to our liking. Cold burger, cold fries, steak cooked medium instead of rare. We thought we'd order dessert to make up for it. Well, we waited another 30 minutes before being served.
More than 3 hours between appetizers and dessert. If you're in a hurry, definitely avoid this place!
13/05/2026: Unacceptable service.
Today I went to this establishment for lunch... WHAT A MISTAKE!!!
It's getting worse and worse:
- They don't even say hello, but instead ask which beer you'd like!
- You wait 15 minutes for a measly pitcher of white wine.
- You wait 30 minutes for a measly reheated vacuum-packed sauerkraut.
- You ask for mustard, which you have to get yourself because otherwise your dish will be cold.
- You pay at 1:35 PM because your plate still hasn't been cleared.
- The absolute worst part: the waitress has the nerve to ask if everything was alright!!!!!
You tell her the service is more than mediocre, and she replies: "What do you want me to say?"
I'll let you think about that and take steps to keep the suckers coming to your establishment.

12/09/2024: Très mauvaise expérience hier (retrait en click&collect). Vendeurs au discours provocateur, incapables de simplement s'excuser d'avoir mal préparé ma commande (malgré le commentaire précis que je laisse à chaque fois et qui, jusqu'à mon avant-dernière commande, a toujours été pris en compte, sans que cela pose problème !). De plus, un pain spécial avait été oublié et deux ont été tranchés dans le mauvais sens (très malpratique) ! Enfin, une file dédiée au click&collect devrait être clairement matérialisée afin de ne pas sembler passer devant tout le monde au yeux des autres clients et d'être clairement vu des vendeur.se.s (une fois où j'avais posé la question, on m'avait dit de ne pas faire la queue et de m'avancer jusqu'en caisse puisque commande déjà réglée).
